Your character recieved a small letter, with the above written, signed by the wizard Sari'na. It is told that he often talks in incomprehensible rambling, and writes much the same. A map is attached to this letter, marked with an X, was a place in the Northeast.

Magic is fairly common. Players and NPCs important to the tale may have it. Mistborn.
