Hey guys and gals! This is the master post (I guess). Any changes or updates to the RP will be posted here, If we ever get that far . As far as turn order, Whoever posts first goes first, Whoever posts second goes second and so on. I'll post first as to set the current scene. It'll be a long post but that won't necessarily be the tone for the whole RP.
If anyone has grievances or ideas, PM me. Any OOC can be PM'ed or tacked on to the beginning or end of a post in parentheses.

The clicking sounds of talons on the polished marble reverberate off the pillars supporting the domed ceiling. A cold breeze from outside wafts through the gaps between pillars. One can catch glimpses of the beautiful blue skies as they walk through the large corridor. Zrin was paying it no mind though. He was on a mission and he would not rest until he found what he came here for.
He had stumbled upon this place when he heard rumors of a cursed planet. This fairly ornate research facility is located on an ocean planet on the fringes of occupied space. This large temple was built on the largest island on the planet.
He continued walking through the massive connecting corridor at a steady pace. He kept a firm grip on his weapon. He was nervous, he had no idea who or what was stalking these halls.
The large door shut behind him with a loud bang. Startled, Zrin whipped around and raised his assault rifle. He quickly scanned the hall behind him. He glanced at his motion tracker, no movement. He stays at the ready for a moment before lowering his weapon and continuing on his way.
He walked through the large archway at the end of the hall into a junction, Three paths lie before him. He stops for a moment, he pulls up the building schematic on his visor and studies it. Each path has its own network of entwining corridors and a multitude of rooms varying in sizes. After studying each path in detail, he chooses the right path.
He walked straight for the archway to his right and continues through it. The constant rhythmic clicking echoing off the walls. This hallway isn't open to the outside like the other one. This one is entirely encased in marble walls.
Zrin moved with a purpose, passing doors and corridors. Finally, he stopped in front of a reinforced steel door. A blood trail led from the door. He looked up, the blood trail led down one of the many corridors. He then turned his attention back to the door.
He looked it over, noticing a card reader on the right side of the sliding door. Above it was a label, “Biological research.” Zrin read aloud.
He reached into one of his many pouches and pulled out a yellow card and he swiped it through the reader. A red light flashed on the reader and a loud buzz echoed through the hall. Zrin, being caught off guard by the alarm looked around, making sure nobody heard it. He then put the yellow card back into the pouch and pulled out a blue one. He swiped it and a green light appeared.
The door hissed as the hermetic lock disengaged. The door opened to a long, dark room. Slowly, the lights flickered to life. The lights bathed the empty test tubes lining to walls in a sterile white light.
The blood trail led all the way down the room.
Zrin walked slowly down the room, scanning each empty test tube.
He stopped as he comes to the last set of test tubes. The glass on both tubes has been broken.
Zrin took a glance behind him toward the door, listening.
Feeling somewhat reassured, he turned back to the other end of the room. The blood trail appears to have started at the desk at the end of the room.
Zrin walked over to the bloody desk. He pushed blood stained papers across the desk. He noticed a manifest sitting beneath some papers. He fished it out and read it. A few things jumped out, multiple test subjects and seven Theta Crystals. They're located in a storage cell nearby. He runs over the schematics again, the trail of blood should lead him right to it.

Sapphire walked cautiously through the grounds, sticking to go the shadows where she could and using her Shadow Step ability when she had to. Ah, the perks of being a Hunter. Her bow was in hand and an arrow already knocked, heightened senses on alert.
For three days she had tracked and followed her assigned target, and for some reason he had come here.
She reached the building and hugged the wall. Using a strange blade she struck the stone a few times, and effectively made hand and footholds for herself. She climbed the wall and dropped to the ground on the other side, landing on her feet. She stayed where she landed, crouching and looking around for a moment before heading inside the building.
She searched the facility slowly and quietly, and after a short while she found the blood trail too. She followed it, and came to the same key-card door. She produced a card and swiped it, relieved when the hermetically sealed door hissed open. Looks like my contact came through. she thought, and slipped through, thoroughly searching again.

Z Y R A H made her way down to the planet below having her ship land Gracefully unto the planets surface. She then approached the large. Building before her and using her technopathic abilities by passed several fire walls and disenged the buildings defense protocols. Afterwards she continued down the hall slowly seeing as she didn't have to worry about and defense mechanisms kicking in, soon enough she came to an open doorway with a trail of blood. Since she didn't have a card it was good luck that this door opened when the main defense protocols where deactivated. She then passed through and continued on her way.
Zrin quickly stuffed the manifest into one of his pockets and headed for the door on the other side of the room. He poked his out of the door and looked around, It looked clear for now. He walked out into the colossal, empty hallway. He opened one of his pockets again and rummaged through it, He pulled out the blue key card. He turned around and closed the lab behind him, After the doors locked shut he turned back around.
He looked down at the blood trail and began to follow it. It led him through hall after hall, Rooms of various uses line the walls. He pulled up the schematics again to make sure he was going the right direction. He was looking for cold storage and he was close. He looked down one hallway in particular, A red streak going down the length of it. Further down the hall the trail veered into a room. That was it, Cold storage.
He brought his weapon up to his shoulder and aimed it down the hall. He slowly began to stalk down the hallway. He stopped abruptly when he heard a loud hiss echo through the halls. His head quickly swiveled around looking for the source, He was unable to before a loud growl coming from cold storage answered the hiss. Panicked, Zrin threw himself around a corner to prevent from being seen. He stood up and pressed himself against the marble wall. He could hear it walk out into the hallway. Zrin held his breath, He looked left and right, He was still searching for the source of the hissing sound that alerted the beast. There was someone else here and now the beast knew that, The element of surprise was gone. There was also someone else Zrin had to worry about in addition to the monster. “Son of a bitch.” Zrin thought to himself.
He looked down the hall he came from to see if anyone had followed him. I had to be a matter of time, Surely the would follow the blood stain as well. More to the point, “How were they able to open the door?” He thought. The sound of heavy footfalls tore him away from his thoughts. It sounded like the creature walked back into cold storage. Zrin showed only inches as he poked his head around the corner, The coast was clear.
Zrin was a little more apprehensive now since he knew there was someone else he had to worry about. Taking one last look over his shoulder, He readied his rifle once more and began to silently stalk down the hallway. He kept an eye on his motion tracker to prevent sneak attacks. As he neared cold storage he could hear speech, The motion tracker also picked up the monster in the room. He walked up next to the door and pressed himself against the wall and listened.
“You unavailing mass of flesh, You are useless to me in this state.” The creature said in a deep and intimidating growl.
Zrin leaned over and took a quick peek. The large and imposing creature towered over Zrin’s measly six and a half feet. The bright fluorescent lights reflected off his many lavender colored, ‘natural’ armor plating that covered its body in various angles. A large triangular plate juts out from his back and covers his neck and head. The long segmented tail lays draped over various papers and organic materials from the busted storage containers. Blood pooling around the pieces of meat as they thaw.
The creature then threw the corpse of a researcher to the side. As it did this Zrin caught a glimpse of its four deadly long and boney claws. The researcher hit the wall and fell to the ground in a crumpled heap. The creature then began to walk to the far wall. Zrin looked to the other side of the doorway, There was a card reader. He looked back towards the monster, It had stopped in front of a container at the far end of the room. Zrin released the grip on his rifle and let it hang from his neck. He opened one of his pockets and took out the blue key card. He held the in his right hand and he supported his rifle with his left. He took one last look and rushed to the other side of the doorway. He quickly swiped the card.
Access denied.
The creature shot around and stared right at Zrin with its black and red eyes. Its long snout bared its large, sharp teeth. Many plates armor his head as well.
Zrin threw the blue card to the side and pulled out a red card, He quickly swiped it.
Access denied.
The creature roared and began to run at Zrin. “Shit!” He yelled. He threw that card to the side as well. He was willing to try one more card. The creature covered a lot of ground while he was fumbling with his cards. He brandished a black card and swiped it.
Access granted.
With that, The doors slammed shut and the creature ran head first into the thick alloy door. Zrin let out a sigh of relief as the door locked shut.
“Ha ha ha, You bitch, You can’t touch me now! As far as I’m concerned, You’ll be stuck in there forever.” Zrin mocked as he slammed his fist into the door.
Zrin was startled when the creature slammed back. “And forever I shall wait. For when that day comes I will hunt you down and tear you apart, Regardless of where you hide.” The creature said in a calm tone.
“Nothing but empty threats.” Zrin thought.
He took a step back and was prepared to walk away.
Door override command received, Door opening.
The door hissed open revealing the imposing monster standing on the other side. “Seems like forever arrived earlier than we thought.” It said menacingly.
“Fu-” Before Zrin could finish his swear the creature grabbed him by the helmet and threw him clear across the ten meter hall. He impacted the wall on the opposite side, Leaving a sizeable dent. Before Zrin even hit the ground he was already firing his weapon at the monster. Most of the bullets pinged of its armor but some found their way in between the plates, Tearing at the flesh exposed.
The creature roared and moved to avoid the shots. Zrin started to retreat to where he came from. The creature lunged at Zrin with its evil looking claws. Zrin ducked and stepped to the side. He pulled out a grenade and threw it at its feet. It detonated, The armor plating seemed to protect it for the most part but it still seemed to be injured. The creature dropped on all fours and ran up the wall and into a ventilation shaft.
Zrin walked over to the vent and had his weapon trained on it, Waiting for the motion tracker blip to disappear. Soon it does and he lowers his weapon. He turns around and walks to the door.
“Why the hell did you open? ‘Door command override’?” Zrin wondered. He walked over to where he threw the cards and put them back where they belonged, In his pockets. He walked through the door and walked to the back of the room, Taking care not to step on any of the chunks of gore and blood.
He arrived in front of a reinforced cylindrical container tucked inside the wall. He takes his black key card and swipes it on the scanner. The container beeps as it pressurizes, Then it hisses open. Inside is a purple colored crystal contained in a test tube. He tried to pry the test tube from struts suspending it. After failing to free the test tube, Zrin takes the butt of his rifle and smashes the glass of the test tube. The crystal tumbles through the struts and lands on the floor. Zrin crouches down and picks it up, He opens a special pocket on his chest. He slips the crystal into a specially made pocket and buttons it up tight. He spots movement on the motion tracker, He turns around and readies his rifle. The blip is too small to be the creature, It must be the person causing all these problems. He’s got a few choice words for this person.

"Door override command received. Doors opening."
The announcement echoed eerily throughout the building, and sealed doors hissed open.
She brought her bow up to eye level and crouched, focused on the only entrance to the room. After a couple of silent and motionless minutes she walked low to the door, cautiously peeking out to look both ways down the corridor; more nothingness.
It was unsettling. A facility this big was bound to have hundreds of staff. She had even found a couple of rooms filled with bunks.
Just as she stood up she heard what sounded like gunfire and she ducked into the room. She took a breath and cautiously walked towards the sound, sweeping her bow across every corridor turning point and doorway. It seemed her quarry had run into a problem. Perhaps he was even wounded. She was nearly there when something moved in the darkness of one room. She stood still, her bow trained on the doorway. After a second a creature dived at her. Her Hunter reflexes allowed her to sidestep and draw her bow string back fully. The powerful shot buried the arrow tip beneath the scales at an angle. It wasn't enough for it to be a kill shot, so she threw her bow aside, lest it get broke, and her strange metal knife hissed from its sheath. She crouched a little and began to circle the beast, and it growled and circled too. She looked for anything as an advantage. Its eyes were free of scales, but getting to them would put her close to its undoubtfully strong jaw. She watched as it dived to the side to scare her, toying with her. She smiled a cold and triumphant smile. It had a tell. A strategy half formed, but it towered over her barely 6ft form; it would be tricky.
It surprised her when it spoke, "Why are you smiling, you pathetic human? You are about to die." It asked her, and she just smirked. When it dived at her she stepped just out of range and drove her blade into its flank. It roared in pain, the knife's special blade was clearly effective. She yanked it out and walked backwards, stopping at 6 metres, and changed her hold on the blade. It turned to her wounded, growling and snarling. It ran at her and she split into her own graceful run, leaped at a wall and sprung off, twisting her body so she landed on the back of the beast. She locked her legs around it, and her left hand grasped the plate at the back of it's head. Her voice was low and as hard as her blade; "You are the one about to die. You have a tell, and a weakness. A predator's body often shields it's weakness." It bucked and roared beneath her, trying to reach her with it's claws. It caught her leg, leaving gouges. A growl of her own escaped her lips but she did not whimper or lose her hold. With all her strength she drove the knife under the triangular plate at the back if it's head. It howled and dropped to the ground, twitching a little.
When it took it's last breath she removed the blade and rolled off, landing on her back with an oomph, and she lay there for a few seconds. A creeping feeling crawled up her spine, she remembered her bow and limped towards it, hissing with pain, and grabbed it. She wiped her knife against her trouser leg, removing the blood, sheathed it, and knocked another arrow. She stood in the hallway. She was being watched, possibly by her target. As that thought crossed her mind she straightened up and controlled her breathing, ready for round two.

Zyrah walked amongst the abandoned hallways with a sense of grace in every step, she knew for a fact that there was two biological life forms nearby but she payed no mind to this as she swiftly passed a huntress who thought herself hidden and began to collect DNA samples from the two beasts she had befell. Before the girl had time to question her she moved from that room to the next where an avian man began to rave at her as soon as she stepped through the door, she moved to the side of the large beast and collected a skin sample from its corpse then placed a small chip on the creatures body and readied it for detonation. She turned to the still angry avian and coldly stated
"I suggest that you flee the premises at once lest you wish to me incinerated along with any other organic material in this building" her words where sharp fierce and emotionless and her eyes cut into his soul. With great haste she rushed from the room and walked passed the huntress without so much as a glance.

The blip stopped moving.
Zrin was about to walk out and get the drop on them. He only stopped when another, larger blip appeared on his HUD. A roar echoed and the two blips collided.
Zrin brought his weapon up and poked his head outside the large doors of cold storage. It almost seemed peaceful. He stalked out of the room and moved to his right. He walked closely to the opposite wall, the struggling getting louder.
He got to the corner of the hall and stopped short. The creature spoke, "Why are you smiling, you pathetic human? You are about to die."
Zrin poked his head around the corner to see a female human with long blonde hair dancing around the beast. He was standing there almost rooting for this girl that sabotaged his whole operation. She somehow found her way onto the creature's shoulders. "You are the one about to die. You have a tell, and a weakness. A predator's body often shields it's weakness."
“You dumbass.” Zrin said in a hushed tone. “Don't freaking monologue, just stab the damn thing.” Just as he finished his sentence, she thrust her knife into the nape of its neck. It didn't go down silently, it roared loudly. No doubt alerting whoever else was in this part of the facility to our location. Even as it hit the floor it didn't stop twitching for a good few seconds.
After it was finally dead the human on its back pulled the knife out of its neck and slumped over. She was wounded, her leg was bleeding. She looked over to her left to something out of my sight. She stood up and walked over to this mystery item. I shifted over a little bit to see her pick up a bow.
Zrin get sensed her tension, he stepped away from the corner and into the open. The hunter would've turned around if another person hadn't showed up. This person walked to the hunter and pulled something off her. She was going to turn and say something but Zrin beat her to the punch.
“Okay, hold the phone. Who in the hell are you people?” Zrin asked harshly. “How the hell did you find this place on the edge of space?”
This new person walked right past him and took a sample of the creature. She also wedged an explosive between its scales. She stood up and stared at Zrin in a way that made him feel uneasy. His grip on his rifle tightened as she spoke.
"I suggest that you flee the premises at once lest you wish to be incinerated along with any other organic material in this building"
Her eyes bore through his visor and into his eyes. He took a step back and only his helmet hid his scowled expression. She then turned and walked away quite quickly, That worried Zrin. He yelled out to her, “You can't just blow this place up! Do you even know what this place is? Can you at least tell us how much time we have until you futilely destroy this place?” He yelled.
((She hadn't been hiding at that point she'd killed something, which made noise..))
She saw some kind of girlcreature collect something from the beast and walk away, uninterested in her. Perhaps a member of staff? What was she, robot programmed with the purpose of collecting samples?
She noticed the chip on the body as she followed, but having not had the same courteous warning, could only guess that it was some kind of explosive. She followed the creature to a room where she came face to face with her target. She watched and heard their exchange from the doorway, her eyes on her target. Ok, so the girlcreature wasn't a robot. As the girlcreature stormed off Sapphire raised an eyebrow and called out, "You're welcome for the samples you took from the creatures we killed." She rolled her eyes and turned back to her target.
She assessed him, eyeing him from head to toe and taking special notice of his weapons. When done her bright sapphire eyes locked on his, though she couldn't see through his visor. "You're Zrin." She confirmed. She had considered that the explosion was imminent, and that staying to kill him may cost her life. She could allow him to escape the explosion and track him afterwards, but she first wanted to confirm his identity and weapons. "I've been given the contract to kill you for the crime of murder against Sara Jennings." Her voice was strong and clear, free of the pain in her leg. She glanced at one of the explosives. "And I will kill you when we have left here." She finished, fire in her eyes. She stepped back and, gritting her teeth, ran towards the exit.

( I decided to edit this post out of common curtesy to the other rp players...sorry for the inconvenience)
Zyrah sat outside the room and listened to the two life forms inside the room. Oh how she envied them for having emotions to express, but she so did enjoy hearing them bicker over trivial matters. Of course she had lied about the bomb even she was not crazy enough to blow up knowing its importance. She did however currently have controle over the buildings defense systems so she decide to have a little fun and activate them while she made her get away.
"This'll be amusing "
She says as she flees the building .
