If Alexander ended up in the realm of Pokémon? Pfft, he'd see this as his chance to finally live out one of his dreams of being a Pokémon Contest Star in Hoenn and eventually world-wide with a Primarina by his side as his main choice. Then eventually, he'd settle into dominating the Beauty Contest Circuit before "retiring" to a bungalow in Mossdeep City just so he can stalk the Champion and watch Wailmers breach in the calm seas.

If Meliere ended up in the realm of Pokémon, she'd actually take her time looking around and enjoying the sights before trying out the Pokémon Johto League Challenge for fun. Then she'd just continue to travel from region to region to challenge each league before finally settling down in a small cottage hidden deep in the forests of Mt. Silver to live in peaceful solitude. Her final team would have a Milotic, her most trusted partner by this time, as its cornerstone.

WWYCDI they were stranded in a seemingly endless desert with their worst enemy, yet the only way to survive and eventually escape the place was for the both of them to work together for a month?

Kieran's a scrapper and fiercely independent, so things would be rough at first, probably refusing to cooperate until it was abundantly clear that there would be no way to survive on his own. In the end, he'd probably be smart enough to hold it together until the last hour of the last day, at which point he'd shiv his hypothetical nemesis in their sleep. Chances of ultimately surviving this situation... possible.

Ev wouldn't complain, as long as she had a role in the movie, and I am pretty sure she would have as much fun as she could terrorizing things.

Edith would be infuriated. She would absolutely hate it if she wasn't able to protect someone she cared about.

Aduialdir wouldn't care. As a wood elf he would just trudge on forward, not caring that the world could be falling apart.

Emerrett would immediately attempt to kill the spiders, disgusted, but maintaining a cool head.

If Yuuki realized she was being followed? Well, her Pidgeotto Liberty would caw and flap his wings about to let her know they're being watched or followed. If they attacked or came closer, Liberty would toss a strong gust in their way, allowing Yuuki to see the danger properly in time to either run or fight, depending on what or who it was.

If she was alone? She would probably be unaware until it was too late and she turned around to face whatever was following her... Only to get snatched before she can see anything or face off (or faint) against some frightening Pokémon that spooked the crap out of her.
