Knowing Nire, they would be at a restaurant. If so, she would slowly place down her napkin, slide her chair from underneath the table, and get up, all the while making up an excuse that she just remembered that a friend needed her for something, and she really had to go and meet them.

And just to throw the guy/girl off, she'd sweetly (and quickly) ask for them to be a dear and pay the tab for her, and she'd truly appreciate it, before making a hasty retreat. By the time they realize she pushed her half of the bill on them, she would already be long gone.

Definately carry around a notepad and write everything she was going to say before she said it. That way she had a reference! She'd go through tons of paper, but hey, worth it.

But if anyone that Alexander cared about stopped talking to them? He'd bug the crap out of them until they did talk to him again, even it's to tell him to shut up. Better than silence in his opinion. If Meliere experienced that? She'd probably ask what was wrong at first. If they really are set on ignoring her, she would ignore them in return until they actually did talk to her again, even if it lasted an eternity. Who is she to force someone to talk to her? She can just as easily find someone who will talk to her.

WWYCDI their worst enemy lost everything: their home, their minions/family/friends, everything to their name except the clothes on their back and their lives, and came to your character begging for them to have mercy on their now miserable lives and let them take shelter with you for the night?

Meliere? Would not use such a power, no matter how necessary it may be. There are other ways to achieve the same thing that doesn't require her risking her life or soul, most likely.

Alexander? ...He wouldn't use it simply because he refuses to get his nice clothes dirty with gore and blood from him own body.

Asroc is only 15. HE wouldn't really know what to do. He would probily more so help that child find a home.

WWYCDI they were a parent, and their kid in elementary school got sent to the principal's office, but they highly disagreed with the reason why? Example: a religious parent's kid getting told they can't pray in school.

WWYCDI they had three wishes and wanted to use them all on something important, but their allies talked over them and wasted two on a frivolous thing? Would they use the third wish to get back at their allies? Say something out of line that accidentally takes the third wish? (For example, "I wish you two would shut up!") Or something else? And no, they cannot use the wish to get more wishes.

Hmmm... well, it really depend on which side of Nicole is in control. If it were her darker side, she'd likely use the third wish to kill the person who took the wishes from her, but if it were her nicer side she'd be probably just try and get the last wish before it was stolen from her as well.
