It happend very slowly. But she can remind herself from a night in a detention center for example. Or when she was helpless in a hospital where no one would believe her. Felt like she would have to stay forever here, stuck. Horrid feelings.

Betray them. It's better to have them hate me and live, than die because of one choice I've made. I know if they were given the choice, they say they'd rather die, but... The refusal is a form of betrayal in and of itself, don't you think?

Betray them. If you truly care for them, you'll sacrifice your relationship with them for their well being, regardless of the cost.

As he'd find no use for it, he'd throw it away in a garbage can thinking humans are sloppy.
