She would ask them why they wanted to do that, try and understand a suicidal tendency. To enable that she would bend their mind, to make them more willing to talk about what was causing it. Unless they proved to be some kind of exceptional person she could use, however, she would not try to stop them.

WWYCDI they encountered beings that had such a totally alien thought process to themselves, that communication was impossible without years of effort that meant they could do little else in all that time?

Gleefully knuckle down and get to work, of course. Interactions with alien life forms are a vital part of their chosen avenue of research, after all. Even if it would take years of constant work, in their mind, it would be worth the effort to obtain a new understanding of the world through communication with these beings.

Cut ties with anyone I know take a private flight out of the country and lie low for atleaste three decades in an undisclosed location on the other side of the planet.

Zoe would try to figure a way out if anything she would try to climb out possible or maybe even used her safety rope she carries around

She would manipulate them into killing themselves--or alternately work with them on a way to plan an escape in such a way that they die in the attempt and get her free, thus killing two birds with one stone.

Chir'da would probably try and take it head on while appearing unnaturally calm...though internally she would be having a massive breakdown.

He'd fight, but not hard. Yes, he has a life to get back to but he understands that he needs to pay for his wrongdoings, and thus may allow himself to be caught. Besides, if he didn't go with them then, they'd probably track him down again. Running is futile at this point.

Those three were probably Separatists anyway, and a friend is an informant.

Find a third option, forced choices are merely setbacks, not deterrents.

Considering they hold noone dear...nothing

she'd most likely be rather upset in this situation considering she can't remember ever actually having a proper family. maybe it was a thief posing as family instead! now she'd worry and become flustered beyond belief. she'd been too incompetent to stop any of this from happening and so she'd blame herself relatively quick without second thought.

He'd wish for the empire to be secure no matter what he did so he could go off and do whatever he liked without worrying about hurting his father's legacy.

For one she would be in some disbelief a friends would do such a thing. Rinket would not give in to their wishes of course, friend or not she has morals and she wont break them. She might even see them differently

Her foundation would be shaken, and she would wonder why they'd raised her if they weren't going to do it right. Kai has never been very close with her parents. They worked hard to provide for her materially, but emotionally they were distant due to being constantly busy. It would certainly drive a further wedge between her and her family if she found out she didn't even have blood ties to motivate her to keep in touch with them.

Aria would stay hidden in the shadows, being careful not to be caught by the sunlight whilst using her supernatural abilities of being able to move inanimate objects by thought alone to bring the suitcase to her. She would then open the suitcase and count how much money is in it before taking it back to her current place of residence and locking it away with the rest of the money that she has accumulated during her millennia of existence.

Be the best at it, turn her opponents against each other one by one, then plot her revenge on the one who forced her into it. It would be a long, drawn-out process that she would relish every step of.
