So as (I hope) you read Hayden's parents here have been captured by the FBI or CIA or CSI or something and after a decade of searching government websites he had found a paper trail, hopefully leading right to the government force that captured his parents. Baseline plot has been laid, yellow brick road is just starting, you want to start from there or add extra details?
