A young girl with short black hair and red eyes was seen wearing a Burlap Cloak with a hood that covered most of her face was walking through a town she stopped for a bite to eat when she felt a much familiar presence behind her one she used to love so much but now she hated ... she turned to see her brother Alex sitting in a booth just a small distance behind her . she turned back fast hoping he didn't see her face she stood up put some money on her table and left hoping Alex didn't notice her . ounce she was out of the building and started walking down the street she could tell Alex was following her . suddenly she felt another presence following quickly behind her brother . she could tell it was a shadow creature and as much as she hated her brother she could not let him die , not yet at least her game wasn't over . so once she felt the shadow creature was rising behind Alex she stopped turned quickly pulling out her gun firing a bullet that went straight passed Alex and into The shadow creature She then turned back around And continued her walk she said one word \"boom\" before the bullet exploded inside the Creature killing it and sending Alex flying . she new Alex Wasnt dead it took more than that to kill him she knew he would be unconscious just long enough for her to get away.

Derek was nearby at the time, smoking a cigarette. When he saw the small girl kill the creature he couldn't help but smile, the blood of the shadow (though it was all black) seeping from it's corpse and over to Derek's feet. It would follow him as he walked after the little girl, hands in his pockets. He wasn't in any mood for a bullet in his head, but he wasn't going to cause harm either. "Hey; Girl." That French accented voice called. "Nice shot." When she'd turn around, he'd just be standing there lazily with that cigarette in his lips, hands halfway in his pockets. Didn't really look like much, just some guy... Yeah, that nailed it- Some guy was the perfect description.

Willow turned around to see a random guy she didnt know was standing there ″thank you but i really mist go ″ willow looked back at her brother who was still unconscience then she turned and continued to walk away

He smiled, the black blood of the creature slithering up his arm slowly, and then seeping into his skin. "You know, I was gonna kill it anyway when I saw it. Who's that guy, anyway?" He asked, thumbing at the unconscious man on the sidewalk. "I saw he was following you, but I thought he was your buddy or something. Is he trying to hurt you? I could bring him in to the police if that's what you want." The cigarette was dropped from his mouth and then stepped on to put it out, a quick flash of metal and red as a blade cut his hand. The blood from his hand dripped out in a swarm as he flicked his wrist behind himself, another shadow creature attempting to attack him now. It was riddled with holes then, only to have it's blood taken just like the other. These little blood droplets could do quite a lot of damage, and so were called Hornets. "Excuse me, that was a little rougher than what I usually do... " He brushed himself off some, putting the blade back into his sleeve with a smile.

″ hes my twin brother ... no dont call the police ..he is the police .their hunting me ″ willow watched as the man killed the shadow creature ″nice″

Derek chuckled. "Thank you.. As for your brother... I could keep you safe from the police. It's not like I have much else better to do, after all, the police are after me as well. I'm a mass murderer, apparently." He snorted. "As if. I kill in defense, and.. Well, at that time I was in a bad rut with some gangs, and... Yeah, when you piss off a gang the whole group comes after you, and so I had to kill all of them that tried and obviously failed to end my life."

"interesting ... i am known as a shadow assaisin i dont like the laws the police have set for the shadows so i do as i want and i kill as i want and who i want .... i do not mind if you decide to follow me around i actually find you a bit interesting " willow turned around and began to walk " i have to leave before he wakes up ... i dont have time for our family squables ... what did you say your name was"

He began to walk after the girl, sticking his hands in his pockets again, like usual. "They call me Dead Man, because it seems like i'm immortal due to my blood abilities, but my actual name is Derek. Derek Strasse.. German by blood, born in La Rochelle France. Never got your name either." He said, stretching slightly.

" the names willow ... willow night shade and over there is my brother alex"

"Willow.. Easy to remember. Are you living anywhere? Cuz' I sure as hell have no idea where to go." He 'd been long evicted from his apartment in the US, and didn't have one anywhere else in this country. France was a different story, but he wasn't taking a tiring plane trip just to go to bed and spend more money to come back to the 'States. That was rather wasteful.

"no i travel around to random places taking down what ever shadow i see runnign from my brother and the police ... im on my way to egypt if youd like to accompany me"

Derek blinked a bit. "Egypt? Where in Egypt? I've actually always wanted to go." He said with a chuckle. "How will we get there?" He asked, picking up a stone and tossing it over his shoulder. It landed on Alex's head, knocking him out again as he slowly began to come to. It was either pure luck or skill, either way it worked!

"doesnt matter were im just going theres been a out break af shadow creatures there ... i was thinking of sneaking on to a plane "

Derek nodded. "I could cause a distraction, a little fire that won't hurt much so that we can." He offered.

" not needed just put this on " she tossed him a cloak " once its on squeeze the red pin just below the hood"

Derek tilted his head. "Let me guess, this is some Hogwarts Harry Potter hullabaloo?" He asked, slipping the cloak over his shoulders before squeezing the pin like he was told.

*actually yes but a bit more advanced it does not only cloak you in invisibility but it also conceals your precense to any shadows or any police with inferred goggles"

Derek hummed some as he pulled the hood over his head. "You have one too, right?" He asked as they neared an airport.

"yes im wearing it " she pulled her hood over her head

Derek nodded, slipping into the airport behind a few people so that the sliding door wouldn't "open on it's own". He then headed for the gates that indicated flights to Egypt, watching for Willow to follow close behind. Once he found a plane, he slipped on and scurried to the back to remove his cloak, and then hurry to a seat with Willow. "Okay, whew, our story, you're my niece and we're going to visit your parents who apparently live in Cario, got it?" It wasn't the best of stories, but it was believable.
