These are two recipies that I made up myself and I figured I would share them with you. I should note that I won't tell you how much you need of each ingredient as I never measured anything out, just tasted and adjusted from there.

Katia's Smores Turnovers

Ingreidents:
Chocolate (can be chips, candy bar, w/e)
Marshmallow cream or mini marshmallows. (Either works, just go with personal preference here.)
Cheesecake Crust. (I don't think I need to tell you how to make that.)
Phyollo dough or alternative dough. (Technically to make turn overs you use phyollo dough...however the dough is as fragile as wet toilet paper, so for less stress and work, you can use something like croissant dough.

Optional ingredients:
Powder Sugar
Chocolate Syrup
Whipped Cream/Topping

*Note* This is a very rich dessert so making mini portions may be a good idea!

Step 1: Prepare cheesecake crust and set aside.

Step 2: Prepare phyollo dough according to instructions or roll out/cut up alternative dough to desired size.

Step 3: Add layer of cheese cake crust, then top with chosen mallow topping then top with chocolate.

Step 4: Fold the dough and contents into a triangle.

Step 5: Bake until dough is properly cooked. (I use a convection oven that bakes extremely quickly so I won't bother giving you my cooking times since every oven is different. Just follow the cooking instructions of your chosen dough, but keep an eye on it.)

Optional steps:

Step 6: Sprinkle powder sugar on turn overs.

Step 7: Add puff of whipped topping

Step 8: Drizzle chocolate sauce.

Tip: This is a an ooey gooey dish so I recommend eating it with a fork and maybe a table knife as well.

Cheeseburger Turn overs:

Ingreidents:

Ground Hamburger
Cheese of your choice
Phyollo dough or alternative dough. (Technically to make turn overs you use phyollo dough...however the dough is as fragile as wet toilet paper, so for less stress and work, you can use something like croissant dough.)
Taco seasoning

Optional ingredients:
Diced Tomatoes
Diced onions

Step 1: Fully cook Hamburger

Step 2: Melt cheese and mix with hamburger. Use as much or as little cheese as you want, but be sure to taste frequently to ensure proper balance.

Step 3: Add taco seasoning and mix. Again use as much or as little as you want, but taste frequently, remember you can always add more, but you can never subtract.

Step 4: Add optional ingredients: I'll admit to not using the optional ingredients because I don't like tomatoes or onions.

Step 5: Step aside hamburger mix and prepare dough of choice. Either follow instructions on the phyollo dough box or roll out the chosen replacement dough to chosen size.

Step 6: Add hamburger mixture to the dough.

Step 7: Fold dough into triangle.

Step 8: Bake until dough is done. (I use a convection oven that bakes extremely quickly so I won't bother giving you my cooking times since every oven is different. Just follow the cooking instructions of your chosen dough, but keep an eye on it.)

This is a rich entree, so I recommend to serve with appropriate sides. I also recommend eating this with a fork and maybe a table knife as well.
The smores turnovers sounds like total heaven in the mouth! I'll have to keep this saved somewhere so I can give it a try (if you don't mind, of course).
Amazing. Definitely will have to try.

By the way...

Of course not, make as many as you want.
These sound really good rn. I'd sub with white chocolate chips though.
Ooh I just tried the cheeseburger turnovers and I have to say that this recipe doesn't disappoint! (I used chopped instead of diced onions and I did add a little garlic and jalapeños though.)

Glad you liked it and feel free to modify the recipe as you see fit. That's part of the fun of cooking!
