Hello! With the name of Rodulv I have joined RP Repository.

I'm not a stranger to the role play community. I started as a teen with table top (d&d, savage worlds, WoD, DH, etc), moved into LARP and then forum RP in a play by post format. I'm a sucker for collaborative storytelling.

You seem like you'll fit in just fine with the rest of us all. Do you still do tabletop and LARPing or have you moved over to forum text based RP fully?

Hey Rodulv, welcome to RPR!

I mainly have a weakness for fantasy and adventure genres; dragons, witches, wizard, knights, artefacts of power and monsters in the night. I'll admit I'm not too versed in high fantasy however.

Cannons? I very much enjoy cannons regardless of their power source be it lasers, crushed sprites, the power of lightning, the cries of children in the peril of the warp or just plain old gunpowder.

LARP and table top I still do, the latter not as much as I would like (though I partake in one game a week at present). With LARP I'm more active in and hoping to try out more systems in the next year.

Welcome! What LARP system do you currently play? And have you ever done any SCA combat?

I started off with Exalted for tabletop stuff, myself, and couldn't really get into D&D til 4th ed (sacrilege, I know). I had a totally awesome Dark Sun campaign that ran almost three years, and it was tons of fun.

Luckily, you're in good company here.

Hello! I presently play in a collection of really small systems in the UK. Though, the one very very big one I do attend is known as Empire (which is fest-LARP sized). As for SCA I'd like to try it but most systems are too far away.

Also hurrah for Dark Sun, may the D&D meets Madmax mashup never end.

I'm glad I'm not the only LARPer around!

In regards for costuming I normally have a tendency to design them, work them out on paper and then hand the designs over to a much more talented individual to actually make (my sewing skills are sub-par). However, I have been working with rings and scales recently and that's turned out alright

Also, wolves are lovely.

Have you played Betrayal before? I absolutely love that table top game!
