Oh wait, Sky Institute's rank is 30th, the last rank. I'm sorry, none of these services applies to you or your school till the school gets a higher rank. How? Of course, you declare battles or instigate raids on other schools. As the school climb up in ranks, the more luxurious things you will have, and more fun events will occur. Magic is common in the world, however the majority of the population cannot use magic, this instigate a salary and power gap in society. Technology is slightly far into the future including: Robots, nanotechnology, magic-tech, fast 3D-printing machines, self-driving cars, fuel cells, etc.
