Dovelight, who had overheard her telling her father the whole thing said, "It means to trust the medicine cats. They will not physically or mentally harm you." she explained.

"oh ok" stormpaw went to her bed and curled up to get some sleep.

Dovelight did the same.

lightpaw was asleep in his nest in the apprentice's den.

Mousefeather fell asleep.

in stormpaw's dream she saw her mother.

"Hello, Stormpaw. I am so proud of you. You have become a medicine cat. You have heard our prophecy, haven't you?" she told and asked.

"thanks mom and yeah heard the prophecy but how do we stop it, who can stop it?" stormpaw said.

"It can only be stopped if you acquire a certain friend in Shadowclan who will stop his leader." his mother said, disappearing.

"mom wait who do i have to be friends with?" stormpaw said.

There was a noise somewhat like a murmur and then there was silence.

"now i'll have to talk to members of shadowclan at the gathering" stormpaw muttered.

Dovelight woke up and heard Stormpaw muttering about the gathering and newer with laughter and then fell back asleep.

the next morning stormpaw woke up and wondered if she should tell dovelight about what her mother told her in her dream.

Dovelight woke up that morning and looked at Stormpaw in a weird way. "I'd better go check on Hollystorm, want to come?" she asked, walking away

"yeah of course after all checking on wounds is part of a medicine cat's duty" she said noticing the look dovelight gave her.

Hollyleaf was sleeping

"Hey, Hollystorm." Doveligth said, nudging her gently. "We need to check your wounds."

HollyStorm didn't want to get up so she decided to pretend she was asleep and didn't hear DoveLight.

"hollystorm come on you don't want your wound to get worse because you didn't let us check it" stormpaw said.
