"O-okay" Lightpaw said and followed his mentor and stormpaw followed dovelight to gather herbs and got rid of the shadowclan smell on her and replaced it with the smell of herbs.
"Alright, think back to the stock, are we missing anything else?" Dovelight asked.
"Excellent." Dovelight said. "You get the Jupiter berries, I'll get the poppy seeds."
stormpaw found a bush of juniper berries and broke a branch off and carried it back to camp.
As they walked to the shadow clan border, she spotted something. "Hey... what's that?" She said and inspected it "It looks like a bloody paw print! And it leads from shadow clan!" She said
"..... it doesn't fit my paw" lightpaw said he had finally gotten the scent of shadowclan off of his fur 'oh god on the next full moon everyone will know that darkstar is dead unless dad finds out when he gets nine lives from starclan instead of eight' he thought.
"Hmm... maybe ShadowClan cats killed prey here? We have to report this to MouseFeather" she said
"wait I think I remember killing those two mice here yesterday" lightpaw said lying.
He had put his prey on the pile and he was taking care of the elders.
She looked at him doubtfully "LightPaw. It's a trail." She said
"maybe one of the shadowclan apprentices caught something and there paws got blood on them then they caught something else near the border and clean their paws after" lightpaw said
She looked at him suspiciously "Tell me the truth. What happened." She said "There's no point in hiding it. I can tell when your lieing"
