"what are you doing?" he asked as he walked to the edge of the border he was limping from his fall the other day.

"Another border patrol." He looked at him closely. "You're limping!"

"Yes I am it's from when I fell from the tree my sister Stormberry said I can only do border patrols for now" he said.

"Lucky you." he said smiling

"Yeah I guess, so question are there any she-cats you like at your camp?" Lightfrost asked.

"No." He said, shaking his head, "They are all too stuck up. You?"

"Same what about tom-cats?" He asked.

"What? Oh, um, no, none in my clan, that I know of."

"Same for me, oh yeah my sister is getting her first apprentice soon, I still don't have one yet" he said.

"So does that mean you like someone from riverclan or shadowclan?" He asked

"Um, what? Oh, yeah. No. They're also very stuck up. And you said same for you. What does that mean?"

"I should get going, I might see you at the gathering tonight" he said.

Feather fur shook his head, "Right, right. See you there." Then ran off

Lightfrost went back to camp and stormberry checked his leg "hmm I don't think you can go to the gathering tonight, also I saw you with feather fur from windclan don't worry I'll tell him you couldn't come" she said.

Feather fur stopped a little while away
