yeah so what if his a crimanal and a assassin he is really nice. you meet black bullet one day he has his hoodie on covering his eyes and hair. you walk up to him and say hi he says hi and how are you. you guys have a coverstation next thing you know his gone you look for him but he never shows up everytime your in danger he shows up but nothing else.
