she looked her and nodded "shy" she mouthed
"Oh" she said and turned back to the teacher
she looked back down
Hope got bored quickly. She started to draw in her notebook
she started to read
"Hope" the teacher said
"Here" she said as she looked up from her drawing, then she went back down
"Haddix" the teacher said. "Here" haddix said. "Happy" the teacher said
"Here" happy said
"Jade"the teacher said
"Happy? Whose Happy?" She said as she turned to a girl who had said to the name Happy. "Oh hi Happy, I guess we haven't met yet. I'm Hope." She smiled
"Hi hope" happy said
She smiled and turned back to the teacher
Sunflower ran into class with her hoodie down she. Sat down in her desk
"Sunflower" the teacher said
"Sunflower your late" he teacher said
"It's only the first day" Hope said "Let her go. She probably had something to do" she said shrugging it off
she continued to read
"Okay" the teacher said
She went back to drawing.
