Supernatural Roleplay. The plague above has wiped out humans, causing survivors to retreat down underground where the disease won’t touch them for some reason. They’ve built a civilization, and lived peacefully. However, there’s another side to the story. Those who have survived the disease develop strange powers. Seeking refuge from mutated creatures who now roam above uninhibited, some survivors sneak into the underground city. Fearful of the potential disease these survivors of the plague may have, those living underground decide to oust them. Thus the Anti-Abnormal Alliance (Triple A, AAA) was commissioned, and a war was waged between the “Abnormals” and the “Humans”. But in the end, really is “abnormal”, and who really is “human”?

Magic is fairly common. Players and NPCs important to the tale may have it. Mistborn.
Near future, perhaps cloning and genetic manipulation
More combat than not. The setting may be at war, and the characters will likely get involved whether or not they seek it out.

This sounds really awesome! I would like to use my character Zyra... she is not exactly human but sortove technically. And im not done with her C.s if i cant use her can always find one of my others
