I used to be really into Myers-Briggs (or what ever you'd like to call it) personality typing, and I have noticed a lot of personality types on player profiles!

I have seen a lot of INFP lately, which amusingly enough is my own type!

I would love it if you (reader!) could post your type here. I am curious!

I usually test as INTP, but I don't usually put too much stock in it!

Ah yes! I think to truly your know type, it takes a lot of research and knowing yourself well.

No test is 100% accurate.

But it is still fun!

That is part of it, but I meant moreso that don't think someone can be boiled down to a single type at all, because people act differently in different situations, you know? I take the tests because they're fun, and it's fun to see what type I most closely resemble, though.

I am an INTP also. That surprised me quite a bit, and lightened up the mood for me. Not only about what personality I got, but how it's so dang accurate as to how I actually act. That kind of explains why I love to create things. (heck, it even got the lack of emotional consideration right. There are times I've offended people without even knowing.)

I am INTP apparently. But, hey. Things shift depending on situation.

I'm probably an INTP as well. I suppose it fits with the writing/roleplaying aspect. (That said, it's always hard to decide if I'm that or INTJ.)

I am proud to announce that my type is INFP. And most of the traits listed are accurate ^^

Ooh, I did take the test a while ago! I also ended up getting INFP-T (which is eerily accurate). However, I think I'm a sort of mix between INFP, INTP, and INTJ. All three describe me quite well, I believe.

So many INFx and INTx types! I wonder if these types are most common among roleplayers?

INTJ. I took this test quite some time ago after seeing it appear on Game Theory. I was interested with te results.

INTP, though you may have to look past the popular definition and take into account personal growth. According to Personality Junkie, everyone develops different facets of their personalities at different times in their lives. As you grow and develop cognitively, so does your personality end up becoming more three-dimensional. Personalitypage usually gives the popular definition.

I've had years to round out that stereotypical sharpness most INTPs are supposed to have. I tend to sound and think more of my interactions with others like a stereotypical INFJ, though maybe I am an INFJ? One of my college professors said I certainly seemed like one. But, at my core, I grew up sort of matching other INTPs, and I still insist on logical consistency (Ti - the dominant function of INTPs & ISTPs) above all else... even when it means I offend someone, though I never really intend to.

I don't really believe people can be categorized into 16 types, but I've always assumed these are just broad descriptions. There's a lot of variation between us!
