"Well who were you raised by?" Raven asked.
Levi slowly fell asleep and was gripping Raven's, well Jonathan's shirt.

"the soldier I told you about. He found me in the woods as a pup, and took care of me untill I was old enough to go on my own"

"Well he did an amazing job," Raven murmured and smiled.
Getting up from the rocking chair, she gently put Levi down in his crib. Shivering as a cool breeze blew in through the window.
Frowning, she went over and shut it then locked it.
"I dont remember leaving that window open tonight," she mummbled to herself then shrugged.
Raven forgot some things sometimes. Walking to the bedroom door, she waited for Jonathan and looked back at him with a loving smile.

Jonathan looked at Raven and walked to her. Hugging her and kissing her. "I love you. You do an amazing job at making my life great"

Raven smiled and hugged as well as kissed him back. "I love you too. You do an amazing job making me the happiest woman alive," she murmured then led him out and shut the door quietly.
It was late in the night still and she was getting sleepy again. Taking him to the room, she crawled in bed and curled up under the covers.

Jonathan lay besides her putting his arms around her and pulling her close "good night"

Raven put her head on his chest and smiled. "Good night," she murmured.
He waited until both Jonathan and Raven were asleep before landing as light as a feather on their bed. Crawling forward till he was over Raven, he brushed her hair away from the side of her neck. Making her shiver from his ice cold hand, then baring his fangs he leaned forward hoverin over her neck.

Jonathan's body tensed as he noticed the new scent. His animal side responded quickly and woke him up. In a quick move Jonathan graved the vampire by the neck and moving him away from Raven without waking her up.

Raven stirred a little but stayed in a deep sleep and relaxed again.
The vampire coughed and scraped his nails at Jonathan's hand trying to pry it away from his neck.

Jonathan squeezed the vampires neck harder and pined him to the wall "not so easy to feed now is it?"

The vampire choked and kicked at Jonathan's chest. He was desperate to feed and she was the closest, weakest one here. He would never go for a baby which was the room he had entered from. Managing to shove Jonathan away with leg strength, he leaped for Raven and grabbed her arm.
Raven woke up to someone with ice cold hands touching her arm and gasped as a vampire pinned her easily.
Baring his fangs, he dove down for her neck. Raven struggled against him.

Jonathan jumped for the vampire and stuck his arm in front of his mouth. Pulling him back away from Raven

The vampire dug his fangs deep into Jonathan's arm and manged to pinpoint a vein. He started feeding as soon as he buried his fangs into Jonathan's arm. Raven gasped and sat up quickly, bringing back he fist, she swung and hit the vampire hard in the nose forcing him away from Jonathan's arm. Hissing in pain, he put a hand on his nose and cursed.

Jonathan growled in pain as the vampire bit him. When Raven punched him in the face Jonathan used his good arm to pinn him to the ground. Using magic he held him down with more force

Raven grabbed some guaze and went over to Jonathan, wrapping his bit arm up tightly but not too tight. The vampire hissed and squirmed under Jonathan's magic. Raven scowled when he kicked her leg on accident.
"Asshole.." she muttered.

Jonsthan was still growling. He manifested a wooden stake and smiled evilly "let's see if it's true what they say about vampires and wooden stakes"

Raven gasped and took the stake from Jonathan. "Jonathan!" she exclaimed quietly.
The vampire stopped squirming and looked at her confused on why she just stood up for him.
"Toss him outside or something but dont kill him," she murmured into Jonathan's ear.

Jonathan growled at the vampire. "you got lucky punk. But next time she won't be able to stop me. " he said flashing outside and throwing the vampire on the grown "go drink animal blood or something." he said still growling and flashed back inside

Raven sighed and crawled into bed, shivering at the thought of his fangs digging into her neck. When Jonathan flashed back inside, she went over to him from behind and softly wrapped her arms around his waist.
Leaning against him, she lightly put her head on his back. "So tense," she whispered in his ear.
