"Do you know how much my life got extended?" Raven asked, tilting her head to the side.

" probably for hundred years. So we will live for another thousand"

"If its with you then i'll be happy to spend a thousand years here," Raven replied happily.
Leaning down, she kissed him and smiled.
A low whistling sound suddenly shattered the quiet morning and then everything turned to hell. Tents were ripped from theyre places and people as well as objects were tossed several feet. Including Raven and Jonathan.
Raven hit the ground hard, but not hard enough to hurt too much.
"Damn it! A surprise attack!" a guy yelled from somwhere in the distance.

Jonathan turned wolf and ran for Raven. He dished cannonballs and bullets. He put Ranen on his back and ran for cover. He out her down and turned human. " stay here and don't move" said Jonathan handing her a blanket. He ran into the battle field. Equipped with only a knife

Raven watched in horror as Jonathan ran back into battle then stood up. "Like hell i will!" she growled.
Holding the blanket tightly around herself, she ran to the nearest injured man and dragged him back to where she had been. She set to work patching him up with what she had. The yankee's battle front met the unprepared camp head on.

Jonathan stabed a soldier and took his gun. He shot another and ran. Jonathan killed four more soldiers

Raven kept running back and forth, bringing in soldiers and fixing them up the best she could all the while holding her blanket around herself. The battle ended as soon as it started and there were many injured soldiers.
One of them woke up as soon as Raven finished working on him. He blushed as he saw Raven.
"Um mam?" he started but Raven silenced him with a glare.
"Yes i know. Stop staring and help the others brin in more soldiers," she snapped an order and the soldier quickly did as she said.

Jonathan walked back to Raven with a few cuts and bruises. He had engaged one of the soldiers in a fist fight. It was not looking good for the othe guy.

Raven finished up with the guy she was working on and quickly went over to Jonathan. "Are you ok?" she asked worriedly and looked him over.
She applied some medicine to his cuts and kissed him very gently. She was so happy he was ok.

Jonathan hugged Raven when she was done. " I'm very glad you listened to me and stated still" he said manifesting a shirt and handing it to her

Raven pulled it on and it just went past her upper thigh. "Right.." she replied and looked at the ground.

Jonathan lifted her head so she was looking at him " are you alright?"

"Im fine. A few cuts from the bomb or whatever went off but im fine," Raven replied and smiled.

" good. They weren't expecting for us to attack as good as we did"

"You all did great and especially you," Raven replied with a smile.
She hugged Jonathan again and buried her face in his chest.

Jonathan huged her and stroked her hair. " I'm just glad your ok"

Raven kept her hold on Jonathan and closed her eyes. "I cant take worrying about you so much.." she mummbled into his chest.

" I'm sorry. But I have to go and fight"

Raven pulled away and looked at the ground. "I know," she murmured.
Looking over at their used to be camp, she sighed. There goes most of our supplies...and my clothes.. Raven thought.
