Jonathan ran for her " I don't think the same trick will work twice" said Jonathan before hiding

Raven kept running until she had to come to a stop. The ground dropped off into a sheer drop, ending with a churning river below. Turning back around to the woods, she looked for Jonathan then sat down and scratched behind her ear with her hind paw.

Jonathan flashed behind her and graved her by the neck. " hi beautiful"

Raven growled and churned her feet in the air. "Hi.." she muttered, pinning her ears to her head.

"use your powers for once. You know you can manipulate the air right?"

Raven suddenly shifted into her wolf form and squirmed out of his hold. "I dont wanna use my powers right now," she snapped, suddenly not feeling very well. Triling of into the undergrowth, she lied down in the shade.
Her ears stayed pinned to her head, but she looked at Jonathan apologetically.
"Sorry.." she mummbled.

" for what? If your mad you must have a reson. Who am I to question you"

"Im not mad..just not feeling very good," Raven replied and wished she hadnt snapped at him like that.

Jonathan moved to her and licked her head. " is it serious?"

Raven wagged her tail briefly when he came over and licked her head. Then she put her head on her paws. "No need to worry..i'll be better in a little bit.." she murmured.

Jonathan lay in front of her touching noses

Her nose was dry and warm, indicating she had a fever and something was wrong. Raven crawled a little closer then stopped.

Jonathan licked her nose. " you want to go back to camp?"

"Yea," Raven replied. She sat up and flicked her ears before standing up. Waiting on Jonathan.

Jonathan stood up " you want me to carry you?"

Raven hesitated then nodded and shifted into her human form. Climbing onto his back, she held on to his fur and buried her face in his fur.

Jonathan ran to camp. When he was close enough he flashed into their tent. He put her down on the cot and turned human. " want me to call a doctor?"

Raven wrapped the blanket around herself then shook her head. "I'll be fine without one..but some food would be nice," she replied.

" I'll be back with some food." Jonathan brought Raven food from the cooks tent.

Raven took the food gratefully and quickly devoured it. "Thank you but um...im kinda still hungry.." she whispered and blushed embarrased.
