" it's the closest thing to my kind. I really have been attracted by humans more than any other species. But one thing that will change no matter who I marry is my age. If they die I die."

Raven looked at Jonathan in intrest. "How does that work? You just said you will live a thousand years," she replied, intrest clear in her tone.

" after we mate. I ' claim' her as mine and our life forces bind making us one"

"I see.. Thats intresting. I've never heard of that before," Raven replied.
Smiling, she stood back up and inspected Jonathan for a second. Seeing no blood, she figured that his wounds were mostly healed.
"How are your wounds feeling?" she asked.

" they are fine fine now"

"Well let me know if they start to bother you. Cant let them start geting infected," Raven replied and sighed as Jack helped a man into her tent then motioned for her to take care of it.
"Sorry but theres another person i need to help," she said apologetically and tiredly.
Walking away from Jonathan, she went into her tent and helped out the man. He had already been treated but it had reopened and she had to sew it closed again. After she stopped the bleeding of course.

Jonathan walked to the tent and looked at Raven " I still can't figure out why your so nice to them"

Raven had just started sewing when Jonathan came over to the tent. She had to sedate the guy because he woudnt quit flinching.
"My parents and sister were humans thats why. My parents found me abandoned in their field and took me in. I owe humans alot though all of them arent that nicest," she explained.
Finishing up, she cut the string and tied it off.

"I owe my life to a human but I still don't think like you"

Raven smiled and washed her hands. "We are just think differently is all. Besides i love the medical field, even though there are a few bone heads that come around who dont listen to the advice you give," she replied and looked at him directly, but amusement lit up her eyes.

" I'm a wolf I don't listen like a dog"

Raven shook her head and for the first time in a while laughed a little. Putting up her hair in a band again, she walked out of her medical tent slipping by Jonathan.

" I don't see what's funny" he said walking behind her

"I think your a funny guy is all. So serious about everything and i never did order you around like a dog. I just simply told you to stay still," Raven replied, heading to her tent.

" I have no reson to take thing lightly"

"You should. Life is funner that way and you might attract girls more," Raven replied with a smile.
Ducking into her tent, she sighed and flopped down onto her cot.

Jonathan stood outside " I'm good right now. Not in a hurry"

"Ah yes cause you have a thousand years right?" Raven replied with a smile then layed back.
Staring at the top of her tent she sighed.

" don't remind me"
