Raven glanced at him and if she was in human form he would see a blush spreading like a fire across her cheeks.
"Th-thank you," she stammered quietly.
Suddenly gunshots went off and a canon fired. Raven's eyes widened and she whimpered.
"The camp.. i forgot.." she said franticlly.

" let's go" jonathan got off her and ran to the camp

Raven ran next to him most of the way then stopped when they got to the treeline. Disappearing behind the tree again, she shapeshifted into her human form and got dressed before walking back out.
Running back to camp in her human form, she skidded to a halt in front of her tent.
The captain was standing there, his arms crossed.
"Where were you?! We needed you when the fighting began!" he yelled and Raven flinched.
"Im sorry. I was..starting to get sick and i went..to go get some extra supplies," Raven made up an excuse.
The captain narrowed his eyes then walked away, letting Raven get back into her medical tent.

Jonathan walked besides her in human form. " I'll see you later" he said before heading into battle

Raven stopped and watched him head into the battlefield.
"I better see you later and not dead either," she murmured to herself.
Almost instantly injured men started coming in and Raven was hard at work during and after the battle. It was a smaller one than last time and lasted a day an a half before the yankees gave up again.
Raven was running low on energy as she hadnt slept in two days and it was really getting to her. She was working late into the night after the battle until finally she had helped all her share of men. As soon as Jack came in to tell her that was it, Raven passed out cold falling to the ground.
Jack gasped and ran to her side.
"Dr. Raven!" he said, shaking her gently.

Jonathan walked in as soon as Raven fell. He pushed jack aside. " I'll take care of her" he said before heading out to her tent. He put her down gently in her cot

Jack watched as the guy Dr. Raven had been talking to alot recently, picked her up and carried her away. Getting up, he went to go help other Dr's.
Raven slept the rest of the night and half of the next day. Waking up, she sat up quickly remembering she had passed out during work.
"Shit.." she muttered and put her head in her hands.

Jonathan walked into the tent with a trey of food. " good morning Raven. How was your sleep"

Raven smiled as she heard his voice. Thats means he wasnt dead either that or she was. "Pretty good," she replied looking up.
Her stomach growled with hunger and a blush spread across her cheeks.

" I can tell your hungry" he said as he put the tray down

"Very," Raven confirmed and ate the food quickly.
When she was finished, she stretched and put the tray on the ground. Tossing off her blanket, she stood up and smiled.

" what do you say we go for a walk?" he said offering her his arm

"I like that idea," Raven replied and held onto his arm.

Jonathan walked out with Raven. " such a great day. Seems like a waste to be fighting"

"Most days are," Raven sighed.
Looking around, she realised she had slept for quite a while. The battle...the battle!
"Are you ok? Any injuries?" shs suddenly asked remembering he had been in the battle.

" calm down I'm fine. You worry too much for me"

"Maybe i do but i have good reasons too," Raven replied and smiled a little. "Wanna go for another run?" she asked and looked up at Jonathan.

" haven't had enough?" he said smiling

"Course not! Im have fun with you. Come on," Raven said eagerly.
Taking his hand, she led him over to the woods an let go of his hand. Running over to a large oak tree, she went in the other side out of his view and undressed. Shapeshifting into her wolf form, she ran back out wagging her tail excitedly.

Jonathan turned into a wolf " first time I hear someone was having fun with me"
