"what's your brothers problem?" whispered Jonathan in Ravens ear

Raven sighed as Lily showed them to their room. "Tell you in a minute when we're alone," she whispered back.
Lily showed them to a room where there was two full sized beds and then she hugged Raven again.
"You know dinner time so be sure to be down. Im so happy your home sweetheart," she said with a smile then left and shut the door behind her.
Raven managed to let go of Jonathan's hand before balling her hands into fists and trieing not to shake from being here. She had forgoteen everything that happened but on the ride here, she had remembered. Why she had hated this place and her family.

Jonathan put his hands on Ravens shoulders "what's wrong babe?"

Raven sighed and uncurled her fists. "Nothing. So you wanted to know about my brother? He has a thing for guys that are with me. He hates them," she explained.
Then sat down on the bed farthest from the door, putting her head in her hands.
"After dinner we will stay the night. Then we are leaving early in the morning," she said, looking at Jonathan for approval.

"you don't have to ask for my permission. You know I'll follow you"

"I like having your opinion and knowing that its fine with you," Raven replied.
Laying back, she rested on the bed until seven that night. The father came up and knocked on the door, then walked in without a reply to his knock.
"Its dinner time. Come down to dinner. Now," he ordered before walking back out.
Raven woke back up and struggled back up still half asleep.

Jonathan growled when Ravens dad left. He couldn't stand any ine ordering her to do something

Raven rubbed her eyes and stood up a little dizzy at first. "Its ok baby. He's my dad.." she mummbled sleepily.
Taking his hand, she leaned against him somewhat as they walked out of the room and downstairs. For a second, she had to remember where the dining room was then she led them to it. Sitting down across from her brother, whom stayed silent and sulky. Her mother smiled and started on her food.
"So Jonathan.. What will my daighters last name be?" she asked.

"I'm sorry ma'am but I don't have a last name. I'm only Jonathan." he said as he sat besides Raven

"Ah so Raven will stay Raven," Lily replied and started eating.
An unsettling silence settled over the dinner table until Raven cleared her throat.
"I..um have to tell you all something..im..well pregnant," she announced quietly.
Tom started coughing and looked at her in shock then quickly stood. Excusing himself, he walked out of the dinning room quickly. Henry jumped up and looked at her with a coldness that couldnt be explained. Lily however smiled and started tearing up.
"Darling thats wonderful," she said before getting a glance from Henry.
Raven excused herself quietly and stood up, looking at Jonathan to see if her was coming.

Jonathan stood up and took Ravens hand walking with her back to their room

"Im sorry about my family. I forgot alot when i left," Raven replied with a sigh after they got to their room.
Leaning against the door after she shut it, she locked the door and rubbed her head.

"You don't have to apologize for them. If they dont like me it's their problem, nor yours"

"Its not you they dont like. Well my brother doesnt but hes an idiot. My mother likes you but its a completely different story with my father," Raven replied.
Going over to the bed farthest from the door and sat down. Her body was shaking slightly at the thought of something from many years ago.

Jonathan sat besides her and put his arms around her. "you can tell me. What's wrong?"

Raven took a deep breath and leaned into Jonathan's body.
"My mother went somewhere for a while when i was little. My father was feeling..deprived i guess and i was the only other girl in the house.." she whispered unable to continue.

Jonathan growled deep in his throat. "please tell me you are joking" he managed to say still growling

Raven didnt say anything and buried herself deeper into Jonathan's body. Wiping off a couple of silent tears, she shook her head no.

Jonathan pushed Raven away gently. He stood up and stormed out of the room. His growl becoming louder and more threatening.

Raven watched him leave and stood to follow him. "Jon.." she called after him quietly.
