Jonathan smiled. "well now you may have them." he said kissing her

Raven kissed back and put her arms around his neck. Suddenly barking made Raven pull away from Jonathan.
"That would be my dogs. Shep! Cloud!" she called and two big german shepards came skidding around the corner.
They ran stright up to Raven and hopped up on her, covering her in licks.

Jonathan laughed when the dogs came in the room and started licking Raven. "ok. Ok. Guys back up she's mine" he said laughing

They got down shortly after Jonathan said that but still licked at Raven's shoes and fingers. They hadnt seen her in weeks and were excited to see her finally. Raven laughed softly and bent down, scratching their necks and behind their ears.
"Now calm down you two. Especially when the baby arrives," she spoke softly with a smile.
Shep and Cloud licked at her face when she bent down.

"that's what happens when dogs miss you. Now imagine if it was me"

Raven smiled and stood back up. "Well i will never be gone long from you," she replied with a smile. Wiping off the dog slobber from her face, she kissed Jonathan's cheek.
"Tommorow i have to go back to work. I own a doctors office in town not too far away from here," she informed.

"talking about work I have to find a job."

"Theres a nice lumber place a little ways from here. You would be chopping down trees all day but it pays pretty well," Raven replied

"that could do. I'll go and get the job tomorrow then"

Raven smiled and kissed Jonathan. "Have i told you i love you?" she whispered.

"You don't have to" said Jonathan kissing her "I find it funny how just a few weeks ago I thought I was going to die in the battle. But then I meat you"

"Correction. You wanted to apparhently," Raven replied then pulled away and went into the kitchen to make lunch.

Jonathan walked with her and hugged her from behind, "but it was begone I meat you. Your questioning made me stay alive"

"Good to know it was my questions and not my medical skills that kept you alive," Raven teased and put her hands on his arms.

"I would have survived anyway. But you are a great doctor." he said putting his head on her neck

Raven smiled. "Well do you want lunch?" she asked.

"yes please" he said kissing her cheek before letting her go.

Raven made some cooked meat with mashed potatoes. Then set it on the table in front of Jonathan, kissing his cheek as she did so.

"thanks" said Jonathan and started eating. When he finished he put the plate in the sink "you are an amazing cook"

Raven smiled and kissed him gently. "Thank you baby," she replied.
