Ah. Yeah, this was a very sad surprise. I'm sad that she passed away.
This makes me feel very, very forlorn.
I don't know how best to put my words to explain just how shocked I felt when I was told she had passed away, but there is a noticeable emptiness that has been torn open from when someone who you look up to has passed away, and that feeling of hollowness can't readily be patched up again. I can only hope that her final moments were comfortable, and that her great legacy doesn't fade with time.
I have to say, for the first few moments, I thought someone was playing a cruel joke on me. Then I found out it was true.
I've never watched Star Wars, nor do I hold any particularly special respect for it or any of the people involved in it. However, that said, it is always sad to hear about death, and it is sad to hear that someone influencial has passed away.
In that way, I give them the respect that any one person deserves. And I hope that they receive the kind of peace in the afterlife that dedication would warrant.

My heart goes out to their family in this time. I can only begin to imagine what they are going through.
