I have a character called Menus Unlugard. He is space explorer and would know about astronautics as he had his own ship. His main area of expertise is natural philosophy, and is not much of an engineer. Will he work?

Dawg, those are pathways to screenshots on your C drive.

They still work if you c/p them into the url bar

Those links will only work for you, CoolShortie, because they're pointing to somewhere only your computer can access. You'll want to upload the images to an image hosting site (I suggest www.postimg.org) then link there instead.

Also, I have a character who would fit the position on engineer. Her profile isn't on my page yet but I'll finish it in a few hours. Essentially she's a feisty little tomboy who never gives up - and though she's pretty good with tech, her big "secret" is that she's pretty useless in most other fields.

She's pretty flexible as a character too, so she can be made to fit in just about anywhere.

The Arthas looks like the sort of ship that would be perfect for a small expeditionary team. The Infinity looks like a brute that would probably have a couple of the Skimmers tucked away in a shuttlebay for planetside access.

So, were you planning on starting a public thread in the Sci-Fi forum, or going it via group PM? (Personally I prefer Private Messages over forums because my characters cuss like sailors - but that's just me~!)
