Decades ago a creature existed that could turn the foes fear into reality, and disguise itself as what the opponent feared. They wielded only a sword in hands of battle, along with a tail ending in a half=moon blade. Their hands ended in golden claws that glistened in the sunlight. For years they tortured inhabitants of the city in the desert, sending up sandstorms in the middle of the night.
Then one day, the menace just vanished. Gone. Without a trace. Like magic.
67yrs later....
''Today the research counsel and archaeology department announced that threw several traps and diggings, they seemed to have found a tomb of sorts. It seems ancient, buried deep within the sands. The tomb contains vast treasures, and massive amounts of what seems to be human remains. As of yet no ones found a body inside, but they have found a wall with words inscribed on it. But these words are written in an old language. However, everyone is warned to stay away in case evil lives within the tomb.'' Stated the researcher on channel 575 news.
But how many things really listen to the news?

Liza certainly didn't. On this particular morning she had been watching the news with a mechanical pencil perching in one ear, and a spoonful of cheerios poised in her mouth. The pencil was helping to keep some of her lengthy blue hair out of her face, while the spoon...the spoon is what made "Hey Eurye! I could probably find something cool to draw in there!" sound like "Mnph roph Mngh pff."
The miniature grew wolf cocked his little head to the side, giving the young woman a skeptical look as she swallowed her food.
"Don't give me that look, it'll be fun!" Liza insisted, standing to brush off her tanned overalls as she did so. Liza enjoyed overalls, easy on in the cold and easy off when it was hot. Underneath was a simple black T-shirt. Eurye kneeled to the floor, placing a paw over his nose and she laughed.
"Don't be such a childish fellow beddy, It'll just be a quick in and out you know how fast i can sketch! Now...where is my charcole...." Beddy was a little name she would address almost anyone or anything she wanted to calm down, and upon hearing it the wolf rose to his feet. Within moments he had found the small box of sketching utensils she had been looking for, right as Liza herself found her sketchbook, and after nosing the box towards her the two were packed up and ready!
Or so they thought.
Now the two of them stood hunched over, hiding just behind a hill of the dig sight. Eurey wasn't too much of a challenge, she had his papers and I.D. on her at all times and was proven to be a trainer. Kind of like with hawks. "The rough part Beddy.." She whispered to her panting friend, "Is going to be getting me in. They wont much take to a human wanting to go in there I guess..."
And the two of them returned their gaze to the site, wondering how they would get past the people and into the tomb.

The dig site was crowded with bustling news reporters. Each were writing down notes, some examining the statues scattered about that depicted a large creature with a mouth twisted into a snarl. Each mminute was full of worry as the diggers tried finding more ways to examine the tomb. The news people were still crowded around the entrance.
But to the right side of the tomb was an narrow door, that seemed to have been dug out but left. The only problem was the large sand lion-like feline standing near it. A guard cat trained to protect the tomb at all costs. Their sleek sandy for ruffled as they disappeared behind a post.
The door was clear now, but now the challenge was getting to that door without being spotted by the humans and the hidden sand cat guard.

a young girl wearing a dress that had been torn at the ends came around the post followed by the sand cat she had a pieace of meat in her hands and it seemed to have the cat in a trance she said somthing to the cat then handed it the meat as it attacked the humans that were gaurding the tomb she then snuck in through the side door and made her way into the tomb
Liza gave her companion a skeptical look at the sight of the girl with the meat. "That wouldn't work on you would it?" She questioned the mini wolf, who sneezed in reply. "Good." And they were off, at least, for the most part. Liza did pause long enough to take out her cell phone and snap a quick picture of the sand lions attacking the humans. She felt a bit of pity for them, it was a terrible site to see, but there was little Liza could have done to help them. Plus the distraction allowed her and Eurey to slip softly into the entrance unseen and unattacked. "How did she get so close though?" Liza mused to herself softly, "Shouldn't the predators have just attacked her?" Eurey sneezed again, this time also shaking his little head, before trouncing in front of her, walking between Liza and anything they might be about to face.
ounce liza was inside she would be able to see all the unconscious humans laying all over the entrance hall and bearly seeing isis's dress turning a corner and clicking of her heels
(I'll go ahead and state now that you guys will post after I post. I don't want to have one person that overrides the entire story and leaves me unable to post. And please...Try to spell words right. It's annoying me....And that sand cat was to be one of my characyters that would show up occasionly. Did no one see 'no killing random characters' ?????...Now I'm lost. Try to keep the violent as heck characters somewhere besides here.)
(...And now I have no idea what to post. -.-...For the record, the only guard was the cat!)
(...And now I have no idea what to post. -.-...For the record, the only guard was the cat!)
(isis isn't violent the guys in the hallway are just unconscious due to isis's ability to steal energy and im sorry i didn't know the cat was a character)
(also if the cat was your character you could make them show up again and attack my character for deceiving it)
(the people weren't guards. unconcious means theor pretty much unusable and 'dead' in a way. they were just chatting, not guarding. e.e...and making them all unconcious in a way is kinda like violence in a way. urgh..)
(you have a point there sorry)
(so me and Luulu have decided something. what if we backtrack and try this again without lethal actions? just ask Luulu in PM and help me here)
(yea of course)
(i've decided for backtracking, and this will start forth befoe the attack..)
The sand lion looked outwards, her hidden wings folded tightly against her sandy skin. She was here to guard the entrance, to guard the tomb. She eyed the crowd, but stood ground.

isis stood off in the distance just out of the eye sight of the sand lion staring at the tomb "this could be it" she then noticed a girl and her mini wolf behind a dune
Eurey's left ear twitched, and he nosed Liza's side. "What is it?" She whispered, unwilling to take her eyes of the sand cat. Eurey persisted, this time nipping her sleeve in his teeth and tugging. The got her attention and caused her to turn, noticing the other girl.
"Oh my..does she want to go in as well?"
"Oh my..does she want to go in as well?"
isis made her way to the girl and the wolf making sure to stay out of sight of the sand cat ounce she reached them she nealed behind the sand " hello ... you dont by any chance know how to get in there with out being seen do you"
The sand cat flinched, but stayed in her spot, her ears twitching. Ir was all to quiet as she left her post to search for something to do. She walked behind a pillar and hid.
"Oh, umm, hullo." Liza stammered, struggling between being polite and focusing the on entrance. The sand cat was gone now.
Eurey, for his part, had his litte ears plastered against his head in warning, though he didn't growl. Liza might be clueless to the world, but it was his job to protect her.
"Where do you think the cat went?"
