As far as adding a picture, in the post window, there's the icons for Bold, Italics, and Underline. Right next to those is an icon of a little Polaroid. That's the button for imbedding a picture. Just as a heads up, though, you have to make sure that it has the filename extension at the end (.jpg, .png, .gif, etc.) or it will just post a link instead.
