Ahoy-hoy. I'm Snozz. I've been an RPer for about the last 12 years or so, though I'm very rusty. It's been a few years since I've played and I'm new to this particular community. I am enjoying it very much so far and I look forward to getting my feet wet again. I typically enjoy fantasy and sci-fi RP, though I have a pretty open mind and I'm generally adventurous. I work in software support for a living, I'm a survivalist camping enthusiast, anxiety warrior, I really dig the ocean and cephalopods in particular, I spin fire poi for fun, and I'm really trying not to kill my fish.

I do indeed fire spin. I started learning early last year and cannot put it down. I'm not at the performing stage yet, though that's likely an issue with my own anxious brain rather than skill level. It's been amazing learning and I've picked up a lot of tricks though. Plus, I now know what it feels like to smack myself in the mouth with a fireball so I guess that's good to know.

It can be, if the person spinning doesn't know what they're doing or doesn't follow safety precautions. It is fire, after all. It's exhilarating though, and fun to learn. I also like to use LED ones.
