“We don’t have to work now,” the hybrid replied happily, guiding them to the house.

Thalia struggled to fly away but Toxic held a tight grip on her arm, so she was forced to follow them to the party. "But, I don't want to go" she protested.

“Oh, come on! Don’t be stick-in-the-mud. If it you feel better, this will be my first my party.”

Thalia gave up a sighed, following them. "I hate people" she growled. Toxic laughed and continued to follow KK, excitedly.

They soon arrived to a three-story home on the corner of a street. Laughing and music could be heard from the curb, the bass thrumming loudly. Classic Halloween decorations covered the trees, house, and lawn like cobwebs, tombstones, bats, and plastic ghosts.
Knocking on the door, Kitkat waited for someone to answer and hummed.

A boy in his teens, opened the door just as Thalia and Toxic got to the door. He motioned them in and Toxic looked around happily. Thalia glarred at everyone, a look of disgust on her face. Everywhere she looked, there were people.

Kitkat smiled at him, nodding once in thanks. She looked more at the costumes than the people themselves. She also hated crowds, which her sugar-fried brain forgot until that very moment. Her expression steadily dampened at the sight of such a large amount of teens in one place.

Toxic smiled before remembering how loud large crowds of people were. She let go of Thalia and covered her ears. She grit her teeth and glanced around the room. Thalia noticed and place a hand on her shoulder to calm her down. "This was a bad idea" she states grimly.

“I agree,” the teen said.

Toxic calmed down slightly but she seemed confused when she saw some guys approach them. Thalia followed her gaze and snarled, seeing them.

One of them walked over to KK. He had short black hair and dark brown eyes."Hey, I'm Joseph" he introduced, "What's your name?" He winked at her and Thalia watched in disgust.

“..Kitkat,” she replied slowly, frowning at his sudden greeting. Her mind wondered to her choice of costume as the dress revealed just about everything with its two, thin straps, shorter than short hem that stopped above her mid-thighs, and dark-red color.

The guy was followed by two more teens, each with confident expressions.
“David,” the blonde smirked to Toxic.
“Mark,” the brunette informed Thalia.

Joseph looked her up and downed and smiled. "So KitKat, do you have a boyfriend" he asks. He smirked and placed and arm on her shoulder, leaning close to her.

"Do I use my actual name" Toxic whispered to Thalia. She nodded and the girl turned back to David. "I'm Vanessa" she says, sounding revolted by saying her real name.
Thalia looked at Mark. She wasn't used to being hit on and didn't understand that humans did this to flirt with each other. "Thalia" she mumbled, not actually wanting to speak to them.

Giving his hand a befuddled glance, she frowned and shook her head ‘no’ once. Guys didn’t normally talk to her, and she had no idea how to tell them to get lost nicely. If he pushed her too far, however, she wouldn’t hesitate to being blunt.

“How old are you?” he asked Toxic with a grin.
“That’s a cute name.” The teen put an arm on the wall, leaning somewhat toward her. “You here alone?”

"Do you want one" Joseph asked, grinning. He didn't seem to understand that he wasn't wanted here and he looked at her.

"Fifteen" Toxic muttered almost incoherently. She was getting annoyed, couldn't he see that she wasn't interested.
Thalia looked at him in a confused and annoyed manor. "No, I'm here with KitKat and To- I mean Vanessa" she says, quickly correcting herself.

“No,” KK replied, wrinkling her nose up, tempted to slap his hand off her to emphasize her point.

“Really?” David replied, raising a curious eyebrow, looking her figure over slower than before.
“So you’re not here with any guys?” He seemed pleased with her answer.

"Why not" Joseph asks, sounding a little dissapointed but he didn't give up. He smiled slightly, looking her over again.

"Uh, yeah" Toxic answered. She wasn't fifteen anymore but after becoming a proxy she had stopped aging at that age.
Thalia nods. "I'm not here with any boys" she confirms. She didn't understand why he was so satisfied with that answer.
