Toby smiled and hugged her. "I know but I'm still sorry she did that to you" he said.

She hugged him back. "It's okay." She blushed as she hugged him and thought, "Please date me already."

Toby smiled softly and held onto her for a few more seconds. "Sorry if this is making you uncomfortable" he said.

"No. I like it. I feel... Safe for once." She smiled and buried her head in the crook of his neck. "I haven't felt safe ever since you left."

"Well, I'm glad that it's helping you" he said, smiling a little when she buried her head into his neck.

"So am I." She smiled and just enjoyed his warmth then yawned.

Toby smiled and looked at her. "You tired" he asked her.

She nodded groggily and lifted her head. "Kinda."

Toby nodded and slowly pulled away from the hug before taking her hand again and walking her over to her bed.

She smiled and laid down. "Thanks." She closed her eyes and laid on her side.

Toby let go of her hand and smiled. "You're welcome" he said as he looked at her for a few moments before going to his own bed.

She fell asleep and started snoring lightly.

Toby sat on his bed until he soon felt tired and fell asleep.

She turned over and started thrashing around and silently crying. Another nightmare just like any other night.

Toby rolled around in bed and slowly neared the edge of his matress. He rolled once more and that's when he hit the floor, causing him to wake up.

She kept crying and whispering, "Stop! Leave her alone! Stop!"

Toby heard her and looked over to her, a bit worried. He got up and walked towards her bed.

She kept thrashing around.

Toby shook her softly. "Amber wake up, you're having a nightmare" he said.

Her eyes shot open, still filled with tears. "Another one?"
