Althalos loyally followed all te way to the room but was forced to remain outside and he sat there, watching and waiting, praying that she would move, that she would wake up.

Mustang woke up a few hours later and than ran a few tests. Checked up on her then slowly helped her off the bed but almost fell from the immense pain in her leg. They made her sit back down and ran a full body X-ray before letting Al in to see her.
Mustang was sitting on the edge of the bed, staring at the floor with a small frown creasing her face.

Althalos had to physically stop himself from running and hugging her and he gently sat next to her, holding her tightly and trying to hold back tears.

Mustang leaned into him and slightly winced as her bruised cheek touched his body. Ignoring it however, she blinked her eyes and couldnt hold back the tears that fell silently.
"Al...im sorry.." she murmured quietly.

"No, don't be sorry. It's not your fault," he said, his voice wavering.

Mustang crawled into his lap and curled up in his hold. Hissing softly when her hurt leg touched anything but she refused to leave his lap. Just enjoying his gentle embrace and the warmth he gave her, she put her head on his shoulder with her forehead against his neck.

At that, he did start crying and he gently rocked back and forties he held her, "I already lost my brother... We both lost brothers and if I lost you... If I lost you so soon..." his sobbing broke up his speech.

Mustang offered a small reassuring smile and gently wiped away his tears then kissed his lips lightly but lovingly. "I promise im not going anywhere.. I love you," she whispered and held onto his shirt softly.
Just then the Dr came back and paused as he saw them. "I uh..sorry for interuppting but i have the X ray results if you wish to know," he said slightly embarrassed at walking in.

Althalos smiled sheepishly at the doctor, "Yes please, we'd very much like to know."

(If you're planning on making her pregnant right here, x-ray's woukdnt be able to pick up the baby)

The Dr sat in a chair a little bit away from the bed. "Well it seems her shin is fractured which is why she wasnt able to stand on it earlier. But other than that she seems to be in the clear. Few bruises and scratches but as you can tell we got those covered already. The nurse will be in shortly to deal with her leg but after that you two are free to leave," he gave his report with a slightly tight smile.
Mustang relaxed a she was relieved that was all and leaned further into Al, exhaustion sweeping over her again. Yet she didnt fall asleep just yet.

(Yeah, I know... Sorry I didn't mean to offend you...)

Althalos let out a relieved sigh and gave her a tight squeeze, making sure to avoid her more serious injuries, "I love you Anna. Nothing can change that and I hope you know that."

Mustang smiled and wrapped her arms around him. "I know... The love of your life is getting very tired though," she murmured with a small, soft, sleepy laugh.
The nurse entered and made Mustang move from Al's lap so she could prop up her injuerd leg on a table. In order to wrap it in the guaze and comfy cotton like stuff. Then she added the cast which elicited a whince and small hiss from Mustang as she slightly hit the fracture on her bone.

Althalos sat next to her and gently stroked her hair through the entire process, "Love of my life might be a little over board..." he smirked, "Just kidding. You definitely are."

Mistang looked slightly crestfallen when he mentioned it might be a little much. But when he said he was kidding, she couldnt help a small laugh escape. "That wasnt funny you jerk! I was actually afraid you were serious!" she growled playfully then leaned into him as the nuse finished up. Grabbing a pair of crutches, she leaned them against the bed for Mustang when she was ready.

Althalos smiled softly and held her to his chest, "Tell me when you're ready to go."

Mustang buried her head in his chest for a few minutes and leaned against him before pulling away reluctantly. "Im ready," she murmured and quickly kissed his lips softly before grabbing the crutches and using them expertly.
Riding dirtbikes and doing tricks had the occasional regret.

He smirked and stood, "Just let me know if you need any help," he said and guided her down the hallway and to the main lobby where he called a taxi to bring them to the airport, assuming that's where her car was.

"I think i'll be fine but if i do i'll be sure to let you know," she replied with a small, tired smirk tugged at the corner of her lips.
As soon as they managed to get in the taxi, she leaned on Al and was out like a light. Her head resting on his shoulder and her body snuggled comfortably into his side.

He smiled brightly as she fell asleep against him and wrapped an arm over her shoulder.
"Anna. Hey Anna, wake up. We're at the airport and you've gotta show me where the rental is," he gently shook her as they arrived.

Mustang was awake as soon as he touched her, suddenly looking more exhausted before she even fell asleep. Her sleep was haunted by nightmares of Ryan. Again. This only started happening after she finally escaped his grasp the first time and handt stopped till months afterwards. Now they were starting all again and it was exhausting her.
Nodding, she managed to get out of the taxi but with some difficulty before leading him around the parking lot till they got to the rental car.
