You're just a highschool student and also one of the most known villains in the city. You go to highschool to keep from being noticed, but when when you're not in school, you're a peace distributing menace. One day when you're changing into your villain attire you one of your fellow classmates. Instead of getting rid of him you decide that you could use someone to help with the dirty work, what are you gonna do with your sidekick? The choice is yours.
Magic is rare, but not unheard of. Mundane characters may or may not believe in it. Magical characters may form small and exclusive pockets for study, protection, etc.
Modern
Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.
