In terms of Fluffy ears, cats do not have naturally fluffy ears, and unlike dogs the fluffier they are, does not equal fluffier ears. As example here and Here They more have tufts facing upwards.
However dogs, have a lot fluffier ears and perhaps a sheltie/Collie is what you're looking for? Here are some examples; Here
