"What? That nightmare was a few days ago. Whenever I saw it, I stopped and waited for it to disappear. Sometimes the ledge would be closer to me than other times though."

"sound weird. But who am I to say what's weird or not?"

"Indeed," Archur said and began twirling his daggers between his fingers.

"so what we just walk forward till we get to that cliff"

"What cliff are you talking about?" This guy was confusing Archur to no end, "I font think you understand. Every night, my nightmares keep getting worse and the next morning, the nightmare becomes real. A few nights ago, my nightmare was falling off a cliff and so the next day, the edge of a cliff kept on appearing in front of me. There is no other cliff," he said this mockingly slow.

"fine I get it now. So where are you going to then I have a really bad memory and my hearing isn't great"

"Right..." Archur looked at him skeptically, "I don't know where it is or when I'll get there. I just know that as long as my nightmares are getting worse, I'm getting closer."

Jarvis sighed and just kept walking

"One more thing," Archur flinched as he heard snarls behind them, "We'll have to keep fighting our nightmares throughout the day," he clicked the buttons on the bottom of his daggers and they turned into swords again as he whirled around to face the jackals.
There were ten of them now and they seemed a lot bigger as they started circling them.

"great now I'm going to be fighting jakals all day" said Jarvis getting his sword ready " lets do this"

"At least there'll be variety. We might get big ones," he slashed down on one as it lunged, "We might get small ones," he impaled another, "Hell, we might even get one big one. That's what happened with the goats."

Jarvis launched himself at the group and and staved one down the neck, "goats?"

"Thr man eating ones, remember?" Archur grunted as he cut down another.

"oh that goat." he jumped behind one and tree him at his friends knocking three down

"Yeah, the last one that showed up was as big as a building," Althalis impaled another and finished off one of the ones that Jarvis had knocked over, "And let me tell you, that was a pain in the ass to kill. Can you imagine a building sized one of these?"

"i find it funny" said Jarvis killing the other two with one slash of his sword

"The fact that I have nightmares about man eating goats? Or the fact that a two story tall one came after me?" Archur put his daggers away.

"both"

"Well the nightmares isn't a personal fear or anything, but I don't think you'd find it nearly as funny if you had a two story tall, red eyed, tiger toothed goat running after you."

"yes we'll size can make things scary"
