I'm going to be honest, we all have terrible days or weeks, and I thought why not share them to one another just to make ourselves feel a bit better?

Lemme start. Last week was the worst week of my life. Pain, pain, and PAIN. Let me list off what happened in a nice, neat order.
  • Burnt by hot glue gun
  • Cut by box cutter
  • Burnt by hot glue gun, AGAIN
  • Cut lip somehow
  • I figured out I'm minorly allergic to EOS lip balm
  • I GOT BURNT BY A DAMN HOT GLUE GUN AGAIN
  • Burn turned into welt on finger
  • Soccer ball to the face
  • Thanks for the cold, school
A couple weeks ago i was tripped by my cat at 3am and shattered my leg. Then i gad to stay there for a while bleeding and in pain while i waited for someone to get home from thepart i stayed home from.

Okay let started off, I have a friched nose, because I got into a fight. I about lost the person I love do to stress.
Worst week? More like worst two weeks. I've been feeling sluggish and unmotivated to RP nowadays, and it's just been one depressive fit after another. Doesn't help that I get scared to tell my partners anything about this, so I clam up and promise myself I'll answer them later when I feel much better. And end up not doing it, thus disappointing myself more. Vicious cycle.

Also, haven't been getting much sleep because of self-induced stress and worry, and I still haven't heard from someone I care about in weeks, thus leading my paranoid mind to think I did something wrong or I'm not pushing hard enough to reach out to them. And as we speak, I have a headache, I feel nauseous, and I don't feel like moving to get aspirin.

And yet, I know that this too shall pass, much like all bad things in life. Ultimately, all I can offer in anyone else's time of need is a little ear to talk into and a shoulder to lean on. I may not be that talkative, but I do my best to help in anyway I can.

Just a quick note from the mod team. It's great to see we've got a thread here to vent now and then. It can be very helpful when life gets us down.

I just want to make sure we take the time to acknowledge the issues people post here and offer sympathy. Whatever pain is being felt, kind words can help, even if it's only for a little while. Remember, misery isn't a competition!

For those finding it difficult to cope with the situation they're in, please seek out professional aid. There's no shame in that and we want the best for each member of our community.
