the villian could be some evil wizard guy in a cloack with super powerful magic who is comical and serious

he could be trying to destroy the planet or take over the kingdom

It could work,but now we need to build up the world a little bit more. What kind of systems are in place and ect

maybe the world is this big fantasy contenent with many races and countrys with lots of magic and conflict kind of like the witcher
