"Crap and that's a big weapon!"
Shouts Kai as he doges just in time for it to take out a wall.

Roy freezes upon hearing that. "Is that really you, Sango...? What happened to that monk those two were talking about?"

"What do you think those piles of ask were Baka...they died defending me from the demoness living here."
This causes yui to scoff
"Biggest load of crock I've ever heard."

"Now I know that's not you...Sango would never speak of her allies in such a way."

"They were my friends, they are my family! And they died because of me."

Luckily, his bow is close enough range for him to grab it, he set the child down behind him and shot an arrow at her, of course it missed by a longshot.

"What the hell Roy!"
She yelled as she dodged an attack by yui

"That's not you...you've gotta be that demoness that old hag was talking about...I want it to be you, but there's no point in living in this fantasy any longer." He shoots another arrow with shaky accuracy.

"Please..."she spoke pathetically as the arrow pierced her chest and she crumbled to the ground and disolved into mist.

Roy finally relaxed, "Finally...it's over, right?" He collects the two arrows and his sword that he had used.

"Ummm,"
Kai begins
"We may have an issue."

"What is it now? More demons?"

"That wasn't normal mist...it was a poison more common to demons....take care of the kid while I'm out for an hour or so ok-"
Before he could finish, him and yui had passed out cold.

"That's not good... C'mon, kid. Let's get you out of here..." Roy readies his blade, grabbing the kid by the hand.

The kid shakes his head and retracts his arm before running over to the side of his passed out father figure .
"Daddy?"

"He'll be fine, he's strong, remember? We just need to get you out of here...c'mon."

He shakes his head and buries himself against his side.

"Please, I promised him I wouldn't let you get hurt..."

"No!"
The child growls out.

"...If I promise to get your dad out of here safely, will you come with me?"
