Mori grumps and looks at Keera. ''I'm a ghost, I can't 'play'..''
"Right... Zen do something vith her. She clearly likes you," Doc said and walked up the stairs again, leaving Keera with Morlia.
Morlia looked at Keera curiously, his armor rattling lightly from his face.
The fox kit slowly padded up to him and tried to nuzzle him again but failed utterly and fell through him.
"Why does that happen?" she asked, hoping he could understand her since he looked like she did.
"Why does that happen?" she asked, hoping he could understand her since he looked like she did.
''I am a spirit, a transparent form that has no solid mass. Even my armor is see-through. So when you try to nuzzle me you will fall through my form. I could even float of I had to. I'm a ghost.''
"Oh," Keera sat down in front of him, only kind of understanding, then she crouched playfully in front of him, "You wanna play tag?" she asked
''Tag is hard to play when I am unable to touch solid beings.'' He replied grimly, poking a cold paw through Keera's nose. ''See? You can't touch me, and I can't touch you. The only thing I can do is teleport to various places within this home.''
"Well it's like touching me," she noted, "Please?" she begged, "Master can't play because he's too big and can't understand me."
''Hmph..Fine, but don't charge at me and whine when you go through.''
"Fine, I promise," she wagged her tail happily and tapped his nose with a paw. It would take some getting used to but she could handle it. "You're it," she giggled and scampered away.
Mori snorted and chaseed after her, his form solid enough he couldn't disappear under the floor.
She rounded a corner and ran down a hallway.
Mori started to catch up, though his speed was rather slow due to the ghostly armor he still wore.
She skittered down to the end of the hallway and turned, sliding into the wall and then running into a room and hiding right next to the doorway, just out of sight.
Mori ran past, not noticing.
Once he was past, Keera giggled and ran back out the door.
Mori ran back, his armor rattling a bit. ''Keeeraaa?'' He asked, ears perked.
The young fox giggled, "Over heeere," she called back as she ran back into the main room.
He gave chase and finally caught up with her. He attempted to poke her, and instead fell through her.
The fox giggled as he fell through her but a cold chill ran up her spine as well and she waited a few seconds before giving chase to him.
