Powered humans and mutants have started appearing for the last 30 years and they are only increasing in number.Many have by either accident or purpose taken lives,many others have remained hidden or even saved lives.Because of this some people live in fear of them,some going as far as to join groups like E.A.M(erase all mutant)or even destroying them on their own.There are also groups in protest of them,such as H&H(help and harbor),though they do little good.
There are also small schools open to teaching control over a students power,though joining one runs a chance of aggressive non-powered humans finding you.There are also some that are hired on as teachers by a powered person or mutant to train them away from the publics' eye.

I have no specific plot laid out,though there are some rules.
It will need to be a clean roleplay.
You may play an angel or ghoul or whatever you want but no divine intervention.They would be technically classified as a mutant,because there would be no direct proof.The reason is that there could possibly be too many different clashing beliefs.
you can also play as a powered human(please not overpowered.)
