Crow smiled into the fall breeze. Her friend, Frost, had decided to pay her and Flare a visit at the Carnival the two ran, Mid-Night Carnival. And Frost had said that she was bringing a guest, how fun.

As Flare approached her, Crow turned to him,

"Ooh, I hope Frost gets here soon!!!"

The fire elemental nodded,

"Agreed. I wonder who her guest is."

Frost grinned as she knocked on her guest's door,

"Hey!!! Hurry up!!! I don't want to keep Crow and Flare waiting!!!"

As she waited, she pulled out her phone, which had been bombarded with texts from an excited Crow,

"How many texts can you send in five minutes. . . ?"

Sage groaned, opening the door. She was still in her nightclothes, hair mussed and eyes half closed.

" What do you want..

It's the middle of the night damnit..."

Sage saw Frost, blinking a few times.

" Oh, I remember now...

Do I have to go?"

Sage mumbled sleepily.

Frost nodded,

"Yes. You do. I'm not letting you out of this one. Look at this!!!"

The showed the hundreds of texts sent by Crow in the span of a few minutes,

"You don't want to keep Crow waiting. . . "

Sage groaned

" Fine but you have to carry me"

Sage shifted into her wyvern form, grinning.

" Get lifting lady "

Frost rolled her eyes,

"Fak. . . Fine."

She hefted up the wyvern and started walking,

"Couldn't you've chosen a smaller form Sage??"

" Actually I was going for my biggest form, so of course I could have gone smaller"

Sage allowed her tail to dangle lazily, enjoying herself.


" This is exhausting...."

Sage sighed.

"THIS IS EXHAUSTING????!!!!!!

I'M THE ONE CARRYING YOU!!!!!!"

Frost carried Sage to a clearing in the middle of the woods.

Crow giggled as she saw Frost approach, carrying a large wyvern. She patted Flare's shoulder,

"Look Flare! Frost's carrying a wyvern! That's not something you see everyday, is it?"

The elemental shook his head,

"That it is not Crow. . . "

Sage snickered shifting into her small fox form, about the size of a normal fox, her fur silky and pitch, cuddling to Frost's chest.

" Squishies...."

" We there yet?"

Flare nodded, though the fox couldn't see it, and silently adjusted the setting so that the Carnival could be seen to all non-humans. He stood at the front, where a small crowd had gathered,

"Welcome one and all!!"

He boomed,

"The Mid-Night Carnival is now open!!!!"

Frost nodded to Flare before looking down at the fox,

"Yes we are Sage. It just opened. Now, let's go meet my friends, yes?"

She started to carry the fox over to the front entrance.

Sage looked up at the voice, ears flattened in irritation. Her tail swished, looking up from Frost's boobs to Flare. Her pupiless eyes glowered up from her spot.

" Carnival....

I don't like humans.."

Frost smiled,

"It's a carnival for non-humans. Humans can't see it, nor are they allowed to come."

Frost continued walking.

Sage brightened very slightly.

" I don't like people in general..."

" Can I kill any??"

The fox offered her cutest pleading face.

Crow bounds over,

"HEY FROST!!!!!!!

Who's the fox??? Is that your guest??"

The sulkly fox turns her head nearly all the way back to glower at Crow.

Frost rolls her eyes,

"Sage, don't glare at Crow."

She paused, seeing Crow's slightly terrified look,

"And please turn into something else."

Sage snorted grumpily

" Whyyy?"

She hopped down anyways, turning into the demon wyvern instead, fangs half a forearms length.

" Better?"

Crow nodded,

"Yes, thank you. . . I don't like canines very much. . . "

Crow shifted her black wings nervously.
