The galaxy as a whole fear them, though few have see their true form. Those called Alti Bacakli Iblis, or more commonly, Starkillers, intentionally take the suns of known systems with inhabitants to possibly mine the worlds, mayhaps seek new sources of food, or just to destroy the systems for cruel pleasure. Either way they need to be stopped, but nobody can seem to find a way to destroy, or at the least find, their 6,492km ship they call home. One thing for sure is known, the suns aren't wasted, for they become the colony's power source.

This is where you come in. It all starts with a distress signal. Where this goes, I know not. Homebrew (custom) alien races are permitted, as are ship designs. Anything I deem too powerful, I will let the player know, per the norm. I will be running two of my characters in this one, Chorys Shad'dur and Ractahl Xiat, unless rules dictate otherwise then only Chorys. I also will be running the Alti Bacakli Iblis, as every story needs an antagonist. High Tech, No Magic, Sci-Fi only on this one.
Will start once I have enough interest. Hope I can get this off the ground.

Ah I'd love to join! I have an old character I can dig up if you give me until tomorrow to write him up. He's essentially a semi-sentient supercomputer in a synthetic body, programmed to have links with the ship's systems and to deduce hypothesis'.

Either way, consider me listed!

Nice to see some support. Whenever the characters are ready, I'll get the fist post set up. Joseph could fit, if he had some tech for his abilities,otherwise fine in my opinion.

Unfortunately, he has no tech. The only time it's going to be used in the rp is for how he got there and how he left though, so that may fix the problem.

Ah that's good to hear. And yeah, I'm a typical PC gamer ahah. Wish I had a tablet or something though, it'd make it much easier to write when I'm away!

Hi! What kind of characters should we have, setting-wise? Like, it'd make sense to have them as the crew of the Supernova, right? But would they need to be part of the higher-ups on the ship to be part of the action? I've got a character who'd work best as a mechanic, but I've also got a weapons expert, and someone who could go just about anywhere if I twist her story a bit.

Actually, the Supernova is meant for 2 (pilot and copilot). You can be part of a larger crew if you wish to play multiple characters. Chorys Shad'dur is the mechanic for the Supernova. Do what you feel comfortable with. I am fairly lenient when it comes to starter posts. I have the ship specs under Ractahl Xiat, if you wish to take a look at him.

I wouldn't mind not being a captain

As long as you can come up with a ship, you can. I have the supernova as a means for Ractahl and Chorys to get around.

Have you written a post to get us started that I somehow missed? Or is that still in the works?
