Hey do I don't have a huge plot for this one but I got a few ideas
1. The bully is you typical jerky asshole (slight sadist but has reason for that)
2. Bullies the girl (I'm thinking of using Alexandrea for this unless you have another if my characters you like better and Want me to use)
3. The bully can be as mean to her as they want include g physical wounds
4.the bully is rich and parents are gonna set then up with someone they don't want to be with so they make their victim pretend to be their girlfriend
5.the parents day they have to prove it by being together for one year and proving they are a couple
6.the bully of course bullies her in secret when the parents arnt there to catch it
Will eventually turn into a romance
Can be extremely dark and twisted and horror filled as possible please

Magic is rare. Some of the players might have it. There may be sages or other magical figures that could be sought out for tutelage.
Modern
Distant war may be part of the setting, but any scenes that happen to involve combat will likely be summarized, not played out in detail.
