(Lmao, I suppose those Cowboys (or Texans) give you guys enough.)

(Not everyone here is a cowboy, but we have a lot of wanna-be's. XP )

(I'm gonna be completely honest I wouldn't mind seeing the Dallas Cowboys burn, lmao.)

(You and everyone else. I think people only watch them anymore for their cheerleaders.)

(They do have among the best looking cheerleaders, that I can agree with. Though, Kansas City has the best )

(They were about to free the slaves. I can start off from there.)

"Absolutely sick..." Marth sighed, "Let's see what we can do here...should we try to kill their owners? It looks like this has been going on for years..." Marth kept his sword drawn, readying to kill again.

“Killing them would send a message to other slave-owners,” Wisteria replied. She had used the same scare-tactics many times on lesser demons.

"Let's get going then. I'll take care of the ones over here, and you take care of the others." Marth said, quickly springing into action, slashing away at them relentlessly.

The angel followed his lead, and shoved a few off the edge of the drop-off. The team finished with relative ease.

"You'd think they would've put up much more of a fight. Honestly, I'm kind of disappointed." Marth sighed, "Let's get these guys back into town.."

“First, let me break their shackles,” Wisteria said, not waiting for him to answer. She went to the slaves, and made them hold their hands out. The angel glanced back at Marth. “Turn around.”

Marth turned away, not at all sure why. "Just shout at me whenever you've finished whatever it is you're doing." He gently tapped his foot along the snowy ground.

She brought her face close to the chains and whispered in Ogojohat, the language of magic that angels and demons could use. Only a small percentage -roughly 5%- of their population could learn to wield it these days.

All the locks gave soft 'clicks' and fell to the ground. Once they were free, Wisteria began walking toward Marth. "You're good now."

"Alright. Let's get them out of here." Marth smiled, assessing the path down the mountain, "I don't sense anyone else. So, let's make haste. It'd be wise to make it down before nightfalls." He kept his sword ready just in case anyone else was still alive.

She nods, looking shortly for a route away from where they were being shipped off to. If they walked quickly, they’d have plenty of daylight left.

The angel stayed ahead of them, occasionally going to give a slave or two water and bread when she thought necessary. One of her first priority was to keep both angels and humans safe from harm in any way. She wouldn’t let them die on her watch.

Eventually, they reached the town. The town officials handled the rest of it for them. "Thank you for your service, Marth and...miss. You will both be greatly compensated, please follow my assistant here and they'll get you matched up with the reward."

"Thank you, ma'am." Marth bowed and followed behind her assistant.

Wisteria gave a polite smile and did as instructed. She couldn’t keep her hand from twitching closely to her hidden blade, however, in case this was all a set-up for either Marth or her.
