"I've got five of the eight stones...if my calculations are correct, they should be here, here, and there...." His voice trails off as he continues studying, reading through some stuff.
“No.. No.. Not it.. Nope..” After a moment, she slammed the cover shut angrily, running a frustrated hand through her hair. If only her mother was there. She’d have a solution like she always did.
Kyoya was soon passing by where she was, having potentially located one of his stones he needs for his ring. His face was buried into his map. "As long as I keep this pace, I can make it to where I need to go by Sunday morning."
Drop looked up at the person passing her by. It took a second, but it registered in her head that it was Kyoya. “Hey,” she called.
"Hmm? Moon, that you?" He said, suddenly stopping dead in his tracks.
“Yeah,” she replied, standing up off the ground.
"Well, it's good to see you. How are you doing?" He puts his map away, smiling.
“Good, actually, though it did take me a few hours to find the grocery store this morning,” she laughed.
"Yeah, the city can get a bit confusing. Especially during the morning commute."
"I see. What were you doing with a map? You get lost too?" Her smile showed she was teasing him.
"I'm heading out towards Mt. Royai in the north...and I haven't gotten lost...yet, anyways." He says chuckling a bit.
“Cool. Is there a hiking trail or something?”
"Not that I'm aware of, but I've heard rumors of an ancient treasure is around some old ruins at the summit of the mountain."
“Really? That sounds interesting, to say the least. My mom liked collecting treasures before she settled down with my dad.” Moon smiled at the memories involving the topic. “It interested me to hear the stories to the items, and how weathered with age they looked.”
(Sorry about my late response, I was having some issues with the site.)
"Would you like to come along with me?" He asked her, smiling at her.

(No need to apologize. My school's computers act up occasionally.)
"Sure," she readily agreed.

"Let's waste no time then! If we follow down this path, we should make it there by sun down."

Moon nodded, tucking the book under one of her arms. "Lead the way, noble sir."
He laughs a little, "There have been reports have bandits along the road, so keep your guard up." He draws one of his swords, to prepare himself for the potential attacks.
She felt a small amount of worry. If they were about to be robbed and they couldn't make them back off, she might have to go on the offensive. There was a slight chance that would happen, but still..
Shaking her head, Drop put her train of thought on hold, choosing instead to marvel at their surroundings.
