"What's with you? You seem different than before..." He seems to be worried a bit.
“I’m fine. Great, actually.” Moon smiled mischievously. “It’s just been some time since I’ve been like this.”
"Alright....if you're happy then." He said as they approach a narrow path leading up the mountain.
She hardly seemed intimidated by how thin the path was. “Are we almost there?”
"Yeah, if we keep going through this path we should be able to make it within an hour or two."
“Sweet.” Drop knew that the higher they went, the colder it would get. At the very top, there’d be snow, and she loved winter weather. Plus, it was getting dark out. Those were her favorite combination.
Her mood went from bored to uncharacteristically hyper as she twirled around and hummed, not caring about the slimness of the ground at all, or the fact she could fall.

"I've never seen you quite this hyper before, is the mountain air getting to you?" He says, smiling at her as he creates a small ring of fire around him to help him not freeze, he hated the cold.
“Nope! I like the temperature up here. It’s cold and dark, like my affinity, and I'm not far behind~.”
He simply smiles at her as he finished creating the ring, letting out a sigh of relief.
Seeing the flames, Moon glared at it. “What'd you go and do that for?”
"Simple, I can't stand the cold.." He said back to her, making it a bit smaller.
Rolling her eyes, her mood flipped again. “Whatever..” She slowed her pace so that she was well away from the fire.
Kyoya picks up his pace so she wouldn't bother her as much, wolves and mountain goats can be heard as they wander through the path.
Drop got an idea, looking around for animals. Off in the distance sat one of the goats. She sang softly to it, coaxing the creature towards her with gentle lyrics.
"Is that a lullaby or something?" He asked her as he dispersed the fire, feeling warm enough for the time being.
She shook her head ‘no’ without stopping her song. The goat took careful steps toward them, and stopped in its place when Moon held up her hand. It was close enough for them to see individual pieces of fur.
Drop began singing again, but not to the goat or Kyoya.

Kyoya falls silent, simply listening to her song, enjoying the hauntingly lovely voice she had.
Other animals have gathered around to listen, just as curious as Kyoya was.

Grinning, Moon saw the animal she wanted: a wolf. It sat at the edge of a steep slope looking at her with sharp amber eyes. She sang for it alone, willing it to get closer. The wolf obliged, moving fluidly.
"She's some kind of animal whisperer, huh?" Kyoya says to the goat for no reason at all. The goat doesn't respond to him and wanders off in the opposite direction.
Suddenly, the wolf lunged while baring its teeth. It bit the goat’s neck and crushed the windpipe. With one last bleat in pain, the goat died. Moon had stopped singing. She stood where she was, grinning from ear-to-ear.
