(Snow? XP )
(I'm losing my mind, I swear.)
(lolz)
"Ready to head back home, Moon?" He asked her as the sun rises up.

Giving him a smile, Drop nodded. "Absolutely."
"Awesome. Let's make haste then." He said with a smile, putting his weapons away, feeling far more relaxed.
She looked down at her spell book for a moment before following after him. As they came to what remained of the goat's body, Moon looked like she might get sick, and placed a hand over her mouth. Shades and witches were taught to respect all living things.
"You feeling alright?" He asks, using some water magic to push the goat corpse out of sight. "You look like you've seen a ghost or two..." Chuckling slightly.
"..I did this," she said softly. "Didn't I?"
"...Yeah, but you weren't yourself when you did it." He responded to her.
She grimaced. "Yes I was. I knew what I was doing, but.. I still can't do it, not like Mom.."
"Don't let it get you down... You managed to make a wolf pretty happy, so I suppose there's some good in that." Kyoya said, being the bumbling idiot he is.
Moon continued on, not taking her eyes off the ground. Maybe she wasn't cut out to be a shade like her mother was. Eventually, she spoke again. "You know why I didn't do the spell in class?"
"I'm assuming to avoid doing what you did earlier?" He asked in a softer voice.
"Right. On the path to becoming a shade, a witch first learns about their affinity. Once they find it, they find their personality becomes.. unstable. The power they had learned to control through childhood gets stronger, but not all affinities are good.
"My mother was an Elemental, like myself, but hers was spring. She was as beautiful as the bloomed in that season, and was as bubbly as the flowing rivers. And, just like water, she would carve her own path if there wasn't an option before her." Moon gave a sad smile. "But I have the winter season."

"Winter is a beautiful season, too, just as you are. I can tell deep down you, you're a kind and wonderful person. We all make mistakes...don't let this one little slip up bring you down, alright? I've killed people just to obtain several of the gemstones on my ring, so I can't claim any innocence either." He says, giving her a reassuring smile.
"You're right, winter brings snow and ice and holiday celebrations, but it's also cold, distant, and hard. I handle that part well enough on a day-to-day basis, but when I fight I get lost like I'm wondering through a blizzard. All witches face the good and bad their affinities bring to them, and have to learn restraint to become a shade. The other side leaves when I run out of energy. Using spells has a give-and-take relationship."
"Well, I'll just work with you to make sure you never run out of energy then. And, if I end up paying the price, then so be it." Kyoya smiles at her, serious about doing what he can to help her.
Her brow furrowed in confusion. "Why? We hardly know each other."
"I feel something good will happen to us if we continue working together."
