" I think I hear my cat calling" he said and used the spell the used in class on Roy

"D-Dammit...not again..." He had fallen, failing his mission again.

He ran to his house grabbed the thing placed it on his head and woke him up reversing the spell and left

"I have to obtain the Diamond...it was my dad's final trial for me...Spikes, I hate to do it, but I will kill you.." He said, slowly getting back on to his feet.

The thing rolled off his head and spikes made his sword appeared and put it to Roy's neck. " kill me and I swear I'll haunt you for the rest of your life!!" He said and put his sword away and left

"I won't have to kill you...I just need my father's diamond! Nothing more, nothing less!" He shouts back at him.

He pointed to the diamond on the floor. " you IDIOT!!" He said and dissapeared

Roy's anger had disappeared as he collected the diamond, inserting it into his sword, a massively bright light shone from his location, signifying it was the right gem he needed.

He appeared in his room angry at Roy

He tests out the newfound power of his sword, "This is...absolutely fantastic..." He marvels at the sheer power, but is nearly drained of his energy after just a single use.

He left his house and went to the library

"I'll have to use these new powers sparingly..." He said, still out of breath, on his knees from the sword.

He kept reading and reading and fell asleep reading

He soon regains his strength and begins heading back home, slightly limping along the way.

He woke up and left the library practicing his magic

Roy was passed out near the park's lake.

He went to the park and saw Roy passed out he carried Roy

Waking up a few moments later, "...Father? Is that you...?" Not realizing who was carrying him.

He didn't hear and opened his door and put him on the couch

"Wait...Spikes? You brought me here? Why? I thought you hated me."
