"I think that's all of them..." Roy said, killing off the last one.

"good" he said and sat down wipping blood off his sword he was bleeding a bit but not badly

"That was easy enough." Roy said with a bit of blood dripping off his forehead and his arm.

he nodded

"Let's keep going deeper...perhaps I can find the other sword I've been searching for."

" okay" he said and got up and walked

Moon was grateful Kyoya complimented her, but grew agitated by the shade's behavior. "You've had these monsters on your island for a while now, and didn't try to get rid of them. We arrived here and, no sooner than we stepped foot on the sand, we killed every last one of them. So cut down on the ego before this gets physical." Her voice hadn't raised throughout her repremeding, only solidifying in determination.

The Vioz blinked in bewilderment. The girl was more sted-fast than he originally thought.

"I'd recommend you listen to her, as someone who's witnessed her fight from close up, I can promise you she'll run through like a knife cuts through hut butter." Kyoya said, becoming angered himself.

(Wait, I hate how snobby I made him sound. Can we go back a few posts? ^^’ )

(Starts after: Kyoya Hiro: "We're just harmless travelers with a few questions, that's all." Kyoya said to him in response, sounding a bit more serious than earlier.)

The guy turned to Moon, more inclined to speak to her than Kyoya. “You two are new here, aren’t you?”

"Um, yeah we are. We're simply searching for something and thought you might be able to tell us something about it." Kyoya said, remaining in his serious tone.

Giving him a bewildered look for half a second, the Vioz turned back to the witch. “And what’s that?”

(What I say Moon wanted to know? ^^’ )

(I think it was something relating to her family or something like that?)

"Have you ever heard of something known as the Ruby of the Cosmos? We've pinpointed it to this island, but aren't totally sure." Kyoya said in response.

His posture stiffened slightly, but tried to pass it off with a friendly smile at Kyoya, and yet talked to Moon, “You’re drudge is very inquisitive.”

She shook her head. “Oh, no, sir. He isn’t a drudge.”

"I still have no idea what that means..." Kyoya said, tilting his head a bit, "I'm just a simple knight from Serentias, nothing more."

“A drudge is to a witch as a familiar is to a shade,” Drop explained to him. “The name depends on their master’s rank as either a witch or shade. They help with gathering ingredients for spells, elixirs, or potions, assist in certain celebrations, and basically follow a witch loyally.”

“He’s from Serentias?” the Vioz asked with half worry and half surprise.

"...I probably shouldn't have said that..." Kyoya said, backing away a bit, afraid of what's going to happen, shutting up before he says anything even stupider.

“Before things get out of hand,” the witch said as quickly as she could while stepping between Kyoya and the Shade, “let me explain.”

It took him a minute of debating, but he gave her a single nod for her to continue.

“Kyoya is collecting all of the gems that the shade centuries ago to forge peace between us and the humans. I’ve been traveling with him for almost a week now, and I can swear he won’t do anything to shades as a whole.”

Kyoya's breathing relaxed, "I've got the ring for proof if needed." He said as he held up his right hand, the ring had seven of the eight jewels, each shining their respective color. "I'm only here for the gem, nothing more, I'll leave once I've gotten it. We've been together for only a week, and the kid here has already stolen my heart, so..."
